It's a basic hotel but room and bedding was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were the smallest I have ever seen, but I guess that was ok considering it was fairly inexpensive and efforts had been made on the decor. the bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep. HOWEVER, our tiny on-suite bathroom stank of sigarettes, which came from the air circulation system. When we mentioned it, we were simply told that someone was probably smoking somewhere. The smell was so bad, it was like having someone smoke in the room. The breakfast was also inedible - a complete mish-mash of stale cookies and cakes and overcooked egg. There are some real quick-wins here if they chose to address these issues.

This is a good spot to stay and be close to all the sites of London. If you want good value and comfort this is a great place to stay. Don't expect too much from the breakfast as it's pretty basic.

We were down to go to the Royal Garden party. Rediculous prices at other hotels in the area. Staff helped with best walking routes to palace. Felt more like a family run hotel

Hôtel très bien placé et chambres propres, mais c'est tout. On était un peu réticents de prendre cet hôtel vu certains commentaires, mais on l'a quand même pris car on cherchait quelque chose au centre et propre. On a eu la chambre au dernier étage et il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre (séjour début septembre, il ne faisait pas si chaud que ça dans la rue). Pas moyen de dormir sans avoir la fenêtre ouverte (qui était à moitié cachée par la tête de lit). Chambre minuscule, toilettes ultra petits (1 personne debout c'est tout!). 5 étages à monter à pied, car l'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur. Petit déjeuner moyen, sans plus. Points positifs: emplacement, propreté et personnel très sympa. Mais vu le prix on peut trouver mieux pour moins cher à Londres.
