Piccolo Hotel Olina offers unique rooms in different buildings of the medieval village of Orta San Giulio. The Piazzetta square and ferries to San Giulio Island are a 2-minute walk away. The Olina has a low carbon footprint, and guest rooms are located in buildings restored according to the original architecture. Accommodation is either in classic or ethnic design, and includes a private bathroom and a tea/coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi is available in the main building, where check-in takes place. Here you will also find the traditional restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A rich buffet breakfast is served in a patio during summer. Gluten-free products are available upon request and at additional cost. The centre of Orta San Giulio is traffic-free. We like to stay at this hotel as the rooms are lovely, basic but in local style. The breakfast at a different building is fantastic, with many choices. The location is perfect in the centre of Orta San Giulia.

renovated apartment to new modern standards”
this was through an agency with many rooms in hotels and apartments. the position was 1 block off the lake and we spent some time on the jetty over the water enjoying the reflections. the narrow cobbled streets and cafes made a great atmosphere. we should have stayed longer.
