My stay was great in hotel Pichit Plaza Hotel . First time in Pichit here for visiting Family with my Wife . The Hotel is great I think the only Hotel in Pichit . The breakfast was not for ferlangs dont think there is many people here on holliday from Europe ;-) . But if you like asian breakfast you will be happy . Great rooms and friendly staff . I will be back NeXT year Again with my Family .

GOOD LOCATION”
I stayed at the Pichit Plaza even after I was told not to stay here and to read the bad reviews. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay. Yes the hotel is a little old but I would defo stay here again. The room was big and everything worked. The food on room service was very cheap to buy but excellent quality, the breakfast also was very good. There was the normal coffee, orange juice, toast etc etc but the bonus was the hotel let us also pick anything from menu, which was cooked fresh. This was because the hotel was not full of customers on our stay, I enjoyed my breakfast much better this way, loved it. Oh yes the swimming pool looked very enticing but had no time to use, visiting the missus family.

Reliable and well located”
No real complaints. One of the bedspreads had a little stain on it, but we didn't complain because it was small and didn't come into contact with our bodies, but seeing it was a little annoying. The bathroom worked fine, the AC was fine, and the TV service was not bad at all. The room was spacious, but had virtually no furniture on which to put stuff. Anyway, this hotel is a very very good value and its proximity to the market and shopping center (less than 5 minutes walking) makes it the idea place to stay.... if you have to stay in Pichit.

Close to everything in a town thats way out there”
Phichit Plaza is in the middle of town, close to Happy Plaza shops & many little local eateries- and a couple of them have menus with English on them. Phichit Plaza hotel is an older hotel but quite comfortable, the staff are friendly, a little relaxed & help where they can. I'd stay there again for it's position. the pool is good, not many sun lounges, but not many use it. It's a good hotel, I liked it

Would stay here again. If nothing better”
It was a good stay, hotel provided free breakfast to order, I was the only one having breakfast, large hotel, I would stay again. The room is dated but for the price and location it would be well worth it. I will return if there is nothing better. Phichit is a small city so don't expect much because it isn't a tourist destination. But the staff were good. Room service house keeping good.

Ok not sure there is any other option”
We needed a place to stay close to the railway station. Pitchit Plaza hotel was our only option. There are quite obviously very few tourists come to Pitchit as there were no taxi's within sight at the railway station. We asked some very friendly, helpful locals to call the hotel and send a pickup van. The hotel is old and they over rate themselves. The room was large and it had a bath but the bed was as ahead as a rock! We had buffet breakfast included in our room price. The options were reasonable. For dinner options we walked a short distance to the Happy Plaza shopping centre.

everything in this hotel is old. the air condition in my room,602,is very loudthis makes me can not sleep all night. breakfast is very limited. there are many other hotels in pichit. i have chose a wrong one.

Hotel requires new management”
This hotel is run down, all services are focused on reducing overheads for maximum profit to the owners. It's very tired, nothing has changed over the years we have stayed there, we stay there because it is the only reasonable place to stay because of its location. Forget breakfast in your deal, today 4/1/16 was the worst food I have ever been forced to eat because I was hungry, at 9:50am the waiter gathered some left overs from the cold leftovers & went to the 9th floor to offer it to the current owner, I hope he or she can appreciate how bad the offering was. Apart from that there are some lovely staff who try there best beside making mistakes with food orders etc. I hope the hotel changes owners soon because this hotel could really benefit from some new enthusiasm & renovations all round.

Typical Thai Style Hotel”
The following issues have been raised in previous reviews from other people & the Hotel Management have got to address & fix them. 1. WiFi does not extend to rooms at the end of each floor 2. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so odors linger, quite unpleasant. 3. The air con system is so noisy, I think it really needs an overhaul. Apart from that, the Hotel is OK, staff are generally attentive but make mistakes like many Thais do.

Four Stars? I'm Not Sure how.”
Don't get me wrong, our stay was very good, but there were things missing that I would expect to find in a 4 star hotel e.g. tea/coffee making facilities and ironing board and iron. We couldn't find things such as the pool, or the billiards - not that we needed them during our short visit. The room was fine, roomy and clean. The shower in the bathroom was hit and miss - very hard to regulate the temperature. I seem to be picking the bad points, but the hotel was fine. It's difficult to find points that were better than we expected, but it was exactly what we needed. Knowing Thailand hotels, we always carry our own kettle/coffee.

Lacks any sort of charm or Character ”
This hotel is in drastic need of renovation , it's very old and drab , the rooms are basic to say the least and have seen far better days , the bed and pillows where very hard , the curtains where old and tatty , but the shower was ok , I had no choice but to stay at this hotel as there is no other in the city , only stay if you have too.

Accommodation reasonable,but noise from the disco next door very disturbing at night, communication with staff difficult as there was no one that spoke English and we did not speak Thai, but mostly we managed.

Great location near local favourite restaurants and shopping mall. Renovated but tasteless. Older lobby and in house restaurant. Plenty of parking space. Friendly staff. Nice shower.
