This is best option to stay if you want cheap but accessible place. Just 1 stop from namba station. The place was good and comfortable, they clean every morning so the area is absolutely clean. Thumbs up for the staff of being kind. Thank you!

Convenient”
The location is convenient, near to the subway (more less than 5 minutes) Sakuragawa Subway, and only 1 station to Namba Station. The place is clean and the most important is they have a private bathroom for the room that ive booked. :)

The comman space looks different then on the pictures. Looking erea was Nice and the room was ok. I saw that the bathroom was cleaned very well in the morning.

Cute and fun budget hostel with heartwarming service”
Very nice and clean environment with cute interior design that comes in tasteful and fun colours! The hostel was just newly opened and the facilities were all around and brand new. They also provide shampoo and body soap for free, and toothbrush for just ¥50 (even cheaper than what I could have got for myself from a ¥100 shop!), which is definitely a merit for backpackers like me! I had a good time meeting new friends and mingling with people from different cultures. Something you could look forward to only in youth hostels! In particular, the Japanese staff was very kind and helpful, and fun to talk to! I also like the way the hostel is within one minute walk from Sakuragawa Station, which is just one station from Namba - I could enjoy its convenience while not having to pay the price in Namba...! Picnic Hostel Osaka is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in Osaka, definitely a value-for-money option for budget flyers! Will definitely visit it again next time to Osaka :)

Superb Accommodation”
I together with my friends highly recommend PICNIC HOSTEL as your choice of place to stay due to following reasons: 1. Hi'de (the owner) is very friendly and accomodating. He can also speak and converse in English very well. Our flight from Manila to Osaka got delayed and we requested if he can still accomodate us even during past midnight and he agreed with no hesitation. He even gave us welcome tea and chocolate biscuit when we arrived in the hostel. He also gave us souvernir when we checked out in the hostel and allowed us to leave our luggage in the hostel while we finish our last agenda/itinerary before we fly back to Manila. 2. The place is very near to the train Station (Sakuragawa station) which is one station away to Osaka-Namba station which makes it more convenient for us to go to different locations. 3. The room that we booked has private shower/toilet but we can also use the toilet in the ground floor. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. Superb! 👍🏼👌🏼👏🏼

The hostel was newly open and the interior inside and outside the room very decent, clean, cosy and comfortable. Very recommended for budget hotel and worth for money. Both of the hostel staff able to communicate good Japanese, English and Mandarin and they're super friendly, kind, helpful and they really taking good care of they guest. I give 5 star for servives. We choose The Quadruple Room with Shower and its suitable for group of 4-5 and yet the shower room abit small for big size person. The convenient store and eating place just 1min walk and its open 24hour for midnight snack or supper. The food surprisingly good, cheap and alot of choice too. We really having fun while staying here as this is our 1st time staying 4 people inside one hostel room with private shower area. Definitely will come back here and stay again if we in Osaka. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent hostel”
This is my third time to stay here when I come to visit Osaka, the location is very nice just one stop to Namba by subway. And near to the famous trendy area “Orange street”, which is just 7mins by walking. Especially the owner and staffs are hospitable and helpful, they make you feel like back home when you come back to hostel. Highly recommend.

It's a good hostel for you to stay”
旅館主人和員工都很好客，而且友善貼心，幫助我們很多。旅館的位置也很好，距離難波站只有一站，處在安靜的住宅區，晚上睡覺不怕有吵雜聲，附近有營業到很晚的餐廳、藥妝店，步行約7分鐘也有24小時的超市，走路10~15分即可抵達心齋橋、道頓崛商圈，非常方便。交通方面有地鐵站及阪神線，只要步行一分鐘，兩個站都有電梯可以使用，地鐵站的電梯要到5號出口，步行約3~5分，不用擔心要扛著笨重的行李上下樓梯。房間便宜且乾淨，下次如果有來大阪一定會在選擇入住 -The host and the staff are all very hospitable and warm-hearted. They definitely provide the top service. -Room is nice and clean. Since it's in the quiet neighborhood, you don't have to worry you will be waken up by the noise. -Very well located. Close to the subway and the train station. Only 1 min walk and both have elevator. 7 min walk to 24hr supermarket and 10~15 min walk to Namba shopping area. This hotel will definitively be my choice if I visit Osaka again.

Exceptional”
Booked the Quadruple room - great for a group of 4 to experience capsule beds in one room. Bathroom is really small though. Hotel is new, clean and close to metro station. About 15-20 mins walk to Namba area if you're willing. Lady who runs the hostel is really friendly and warm and her service alone deserves 10 stars. Will definitely come back!

Best Hostel stay”
Convenient location. Just one stop from Namba station and easy transfer to n fro from Kansai Airport. Amazing great host that made my stay feel at home. Always greeted by host before leaving and returning to Hostel. Room is very clean and nice shower! Just 5 mins walking distance from subway station. I will definitely return for another stay for my next visit.

The owners are nice. The place is clean. Nice room with a small shower room inside. Too bad we didnt have long time to explore the town because we arrived too late and early morning had to going back home :( The owner was very kind to show us the subway station nearby. Will think about to stay there again next trip if we got a chance to visit Osaka again

This hostel is one of the best I’ve stayed at. Staff are so lovely and make you feel welcome. Always willing to help when you need it and really treat you like a guest. Rooms are nice and clean, as is the common space. Location is great, close to all the shops and subway station. Would definitely recommend this hostel!
