We (5 adults, 2 rooms) stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and minimalist. My wife and I stayed in a room with a queen bed and it could have used another chair/seating. Also could have used additional pillows for the bed (only 2 on the bed were provided and we asked for additional ones). No handtowels were provided in the bathroom and we had to request those. Our older kids stayed in a room with 2 queens. It only had 2 towels, no handtowels. We had to request those. Additionally, they only provided 2 keys for that room and would not provide a 3rd key. It was explained that it was their policy, which is ridiculous. Additionally, there were some services that were cash only, but there was no ATM machines on the property!!! The closest one was in town, a 30-min drive away. The pool was large, but thankfully, there were not too many people, as there did not seem to be much seating around the pool area. Also, for a relatively new place, the pool already had cracks and missing flooring, and the pillars in the seating area were already falling apart. Food was great and breakfast was buffet style. Staff was great although service was a bit slow. Overall, I expected more from the place. While we had a great time, there are definitely a lot of things that they can do better.

So check in was a hassle as agoda used a third party which only booked 2 rooms for 1 night not 2 but that wasn't hotels fault.So we were literally told nothing at check in like were is breakfast what's available to do around property ect literally here's your key card and room number.Agodas pictures shows a clean white beach the sand is far from white I'd say it's nearly black but it is a beautiful location.What gets me is most staff at the beach are doing nothing when we are there just sitting on their phones maybe at least one could pick up some of the numerous plastic bottles and rubbish ect.The staff in restaurants are friendly but they don't follow your instructions example one said we don't have yohgurt but I'll check waited a while so asked the lady and she brought us some quickly.The breakfast was OK but it's just a basic continental I'm guessing maybe because it's a weekday but who knows as we literally told nothing at check in.You have to pay for everything on top of your hotel price except the main pool you cannot access beach club pool or area but that area had more rubbish than the common area.The food is really expensive like what you'd pay for a top 5 star in manila for less quality and drinks are ridiculously expensive like 200+peso for a mini coke.While I didn't feel unsafe at all I was expecting a top hotel type security considering the memebers fees for this place no boom gate down no real check at and a little lady at entrance gate isn't detering anyone.I think a more all inclusive package should be included at least some extras added and honest pictures of the beach as it was quite a let down

My wife was eyeing for this place to celebrate our baby 2nd year birthday. So idecided to book on this hotel instead of the AirBnB one. The staff was accomodating and event gave us complimentary cake for my babies birthday. We love it. Almost all my request was met. The hotel room is clean and safe for my baby. We were located on the 6th floor which is a great view for us. Shower is hot, aircon is working. Also, I would like to commend Kaye Ann from FO, she helps us when we needed help for our babies needs. That is what you call exceptional customer service. And Also, shoutout to the FO and ER team that responds for my mother-in-law whe she needed medical assitance for asthma attack. Hotel is also near the country club ammenities. That is a plus. Overall, my wife,my baby and i, really enjoy our stay at the hotel and the best part is, since we stayed at the hotel we have access to most of the facility.

The resort is nestled between lush mountains and a pristine beach, providing a perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation. The beds were cozy, the bathroom was clean, and the balcony offered stunning views of the mountain or lagoon. Family-Friendly Amenities: - One of the highlights of our stay was the variety of activities available for kids. “Great place for families”
We stayed for one night and we loved it! To sum it up: Pros: - Big swimming pools. It doesn't feel crowded even when there's lots of people. - Lots of activities for kids and adults. Pools, indoor activites at the Country Club, beach - i'm sure there's something for everyone. - Staff were top notch and so easy to deal with. They were polite and very accomodating. My daughter celebrated her birthday, they gave her beach toys as a welcome treat and even gave her slice of chocolate cake and sang her a birthday song during bfast. Quite lovely folks! - Breakfast buffet was nice. Plenty of choices for everyone. Cons: - This might just be an isolated incident, but there's a hint of foul smell in our toilet. Everything is clean, so might just be a bad day in the toilet drainage. Luckily, it wasn't enough to spoil the holiday mood. A little bit of check on the clogs/pipes of each room would be ideal to prevent this moving forward. - Food that we had in Lagoa restaurant was so-so. Didn't get to try the restaurants at the beachfront. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Would totally recommend for families and we'll definitely be back.
