Connection to the Wifi is not good at times and frequently dropped.
I guess the rooms had been renovated smaller to accommodate more tourists from china. First time my power adaptor is blown up due to the Electrical socket malfuntion, and was told to buy a new one from the Reception and try another socket in the room. Was disappointed that I had to buy new adaptor and test which other power socket is working properly to connect my laptop and charge my handphone.

not as good as before
its been 3 years since I went to bkk. Previously, all the while I have been staying at Pietra and returning back to the hotel for my stay is a norm as I have been happy with the service before. but now sad to say the standard had drop. Front office guy is unfriendly. service is bad. Breakfast sucks big time. Will not stay there again

Overall a pretty decent stay.
Free wifi BIG ROOM and GOOD BREAKFAST
Location wise is not very accessible . must take taxi or walk to mrt station. Good side of this hotel is it is a very quiet hotel with not much disturbance.
