the whole experience except for it went too quickly. We had a bonus, my hubby loved the spring rod run. We will be back in the fall.. save me the same condo. LOL It was so well appointed and the balcony by the river really sold us on the area and one last thing , we loved watching the ducks and geese.

the only problem we had was finding the condo. we finally called and found it. The nqame was different on yhe website from the building

Location, privacy, and washer and dryer

Mold on the shower curtains and on the sealant around the tub. Lack of blankets for the pullout.

Everything!! Loved the convience.. did not want to leave ...

There was nothing i loved it all

Need some restoration...

The Bathroom Sink In The Master Bath Didn’t Work

Love the location of condo did not know they had a breakfast

Just small vent in master bed room so it was a little warm

Some very minor repairs needed in the guest bath. VERY MINOR

It was clean and in a great location.

Pool wasn’t working and the second bedroom was very hot because the air conditioner doesn’t have its own system. It is cooled with what looks like a dryer vent from the living room.

The space and cleanliness was fine.

The toilets and tubs made a loud vibrating noise and there was tapping in the walls. So the plumbing to those could use some work but they worked fine.

The room was nice I enjoyed it. Very spacious. Very clean

It was not stocked with enough towels for everyone. Soap dispensers were not working in bathroom. No broom to sweep up messes.

It was clean and quiet and close to alot of things

Because we booked thru vasca, the resort couldnt help us with anything. We needed a blanket and they couldnt even get us one

Loved the location and how easy it was to get in the room and not have to talk to anyone.

It definitely needs a lot of updates on the furniture and the beds was hard.

Very roomy and with 2 bathrooms we never had to wait.

The dishwasher didnt work but everything else was fanominal!

Bad AC, fan would not blow. commode ran the whole time we were there. Blood stains on the sheets. Kitchen had to be cleaned because of dirty refrigerator and bugs in the sink. Rugs were dirty.

Where it was located and the rooms was big enough for our family.

The bath tub stopper did not work in master bath and the master bedroom did not have good air conditioner. Rooms needs to be updated a little more. Internet did not work well.

Only had access to the public building WiFi (slow and insecure), dishes were still dirty, no amenities at the building at all

The location and the view were nice, the pool was clean and there were nice floors throughout the condo.

There is no internet or WiFi, the hair dryer was missing, the air conditioner unit in the living room was loud, it was extremely warm in one of the bedrooms because it only had one small vent, it had missing tiles on the terrace, all the furniture was dated and stained. There were still crumbs in one of the chairs where the buttons are located.

The location of the property was good. Very close to everything, the old mill was in within walking distance.

Finding this property on booking, the pictures are NOT the room you get. The pictures Vacasa put on on very misleading. The furniture you see isn’t the furniture that’s in the room. The furniture is old and ran down. The beds are hard are not comfortable the one shower leaks and the other shower doesn’t put out hardly any water. The dryer doesn’t hardly dry, and the room wasn’t very clean. They say you have to check out at 10 and can’t check in until 4 because they clean very good, although the maid wasn’t there until 345 and was done in 15 minutes. The balcony had looked like someone puked on it. We had to buy a mop just to mop the balcony and through the rooms. Also, someone came right through the door and brought in a stove and Instead of changing it out, it was set on our balcony until we checked out then they were going to change it out. However it isn’t until you pay that they send you pictures of the exact room you get. If you book through booking make sure the room isn’t operated by Vacasa. The rooms that are actually owned by river place condo are nice and up to date.

The location was near everything.

The air was not working.
