Closed
We arrived at our hotel after booking in advance to find that is closed for renovations. They were very polite and organized us another hotel but it is not the point. They should not have taken the booking.

the best of times and the worst of times. if you can deal with some issues its a great deal
price was the best for a view of the river with balcony 1/2 as much as others. No elevator so the 3rd floor walk up is not easy but the view was worth it. due to construction the room was dusty and I had one major issue that they fixed after complaining. I pulled back the blanket and noticed some hair so I pulled the blanket all the way back and there was a very obvious semen stain. The sheets had not been changed. I called the front desk and they said they would change them the next day because housekeeping had left. I told the I would not sleep on it and to bring me new bedding. the did and all was well. again the price and view was worth it but if they put some effort into it this hotel could be really nice.

Horrible
The hotel was under construction particularly the room above ours, the stairway was dirty and garbage covered. We lost water pressure for a time and there was a water leak in our room from the unit above us and we had to call the hotel staff to shut off the water to that unit.

Nice rooms, but inefficient staff
While this place has nice enough rooms, the staff were quite incompetent. This wasn't a language barrier, since I speak passable Khmer -- I just think they are over their heads when it comes to simple requests. Again, the rooms are nice and the location is great, but don't expect amazing customer service.

Nice location, but needs some work
Walking distance to a lot of the fun in Phnom Penh. Nice balconies and fairly spacious rooms. As I mentioned in another review, the lift wasn't working, so that was a big minus. If I were to stay there again, I'd contact the hotel to make sure the lift had been fixed.

Not bad, not great
The location is great if you're looking for riverfront bars, etc. However, when I stayed there, the lift wasn't working and I was on the top floor (with very narrow stairs). I would likely stay there again if the lift is working.

Great position friendly staff
Position; view; free extras
It was not easy to find as it is quite small; my driver passed it 3 times. Checkin staff are great, room is good, breakfast was ok. Unexpected bonuses were free massage and airport transfer. Personal safe also nice. Steep stairs can be a problem for those with weak knees!

Nice river view, but a bit of a climb
location is good at north end of Sisawath quay.
The only drawback when this hotel is the climb up the stairs. The stairs are narrow, steep, and uneven heights. A lift is bring put in, that will definitely help with the bags.

New management welcome
Location,staff,managemeny
Superior location. Close to major embassies and CBD. Beautiful views of the river and good coffee shops and restaurants close. New management is doing significant Internet upgrade and has already remodeled lobby. When the kitchen is finished it should be great. Been staying there for two years and will return
