Nice hotel. ”
Nice hotel, with nice staff. Good breakfast included (pre-order day before). Quiet area, short walk to riverfront. Modern styled room. I think will be my preferred hotel when in Nakhon Phanom. Does not have hot water pot in room to make my coffee. Has small refrigerator, but no microwave, and no in room safe, as most in area do not at this price. I must have my out of bed coffee...so I pack my own hot water pot for coffee in Thailand. Room has good secure electronic door lock, with secondary deadbolt lock. Have stayed in 4 hotels in Nakhon Phanom. Pimsiri is only hotel that did not have ants in room.

Comfortable, friendly and modern”
The staff at Pimsiri were helpful from the get-go. We arrived during a busy time, and they were very accommodating nonetheless. The rooms are very nice, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was good, especially the fruit, fresh tea and whole wheat bread.

Peacefull location”
This hotel is relatively new, located in a tranquil location. The rooms are a good size, clean and fresh. Shower has good hot water, but a bit on the small size. The bed is OK, but on the firm side, as with most Thai mattresses. You only get a towel and bath matt, no hand towel. Room slippers are provided. TV is good with reasonable reception, mostly Thai, one English channel. (Aljazeer). The room fridge is a bit on the small side for my liking.The free WIFI is OK, sometimes a little slow. There are no Tea or Coffee making facilities in the rooms. The rooms can be a bit noisy as most 3 star hotels in Thailand have tiles everywhere, so all sounds tend to travel up and down the corridors. We were lucky this time as there were only a handful of guests. Breakfast is included with set menu ordered the night before, (about 4 choices) no western style food, except for toast and coffee. I had eggs and pork sausage with salad. If you intend to stay longer than 2 days you may get sick of the Thai food. Overall the breakfast was OK it is cooked fresh and the surrounds at breakfast is quite calming. Staff are OK and helpful, better than some I have met in my travels in Thailand. Located a short Tuk Tuk drive from city centre. Would I stay here again, YES. Overall a pleasant stay.

Exceptional”
a nice family run hotel with great location which is a walking distance to town. we couldn’t get a double bed room on line but our request was met over the counter. a cons is the wall is so thin and room 107 is a connecting room, the next door was so curious trying to open the connecting door for a good minute. overall a nice clean room for your bucks

We were there just one night. The room was clean and tidy and reasonable value for the price. Breakfast is ordered the night before from a choice of 3 options and served outside near the reception area - very pleasant. If I were in the area again I would stay there.

Our room was on the ground floor so you can't see too much. Staff were ok and the rooms were ok. Breakfast was ok but could do with a few more choices. The hotel is not on the the river front but only about 50 meters away. There is a walkway along the river for most of the way into the city. tuk tuk's are easy to get or you can take a nice walk along the river. The rooms were clean.

It was a good stay. Better than other accommodation in the same area. Price might be a bit higher, but it worth every cent you spend more. Staffs were lovely. Room was new and clean. You will not be disappointed.

Everything seems ok, except some defect in the room, the door lock is broken, the drain pipe is leaked and staff don't know much about the thing outside the hotel such as where to rent the bicycle.

I traveled with my mom. We don't have a car. The hotel is not far from the airport (200THB fixed price for the taxi). The bad first impression was the cold welcome; no greeting, no asking for anything, no good suggestion where to go- what to eat, what to see. Just answered yes-no for what I asked. I had to ask for a glass of water. The breakfast time was chaotic. When there were many guests at the tables, they didn't organized the order well. Fruits were almost rotten. Location is quiet but safe area. Need a short ride to the temples, park and clock tower. The tricycle always charge you minimum 50 THB per person or as they want. The room we stayed was nice and clean.

How a little hotel can be big and shining”
WoW, this hotel is the best I have stayed in so far. It is not for its facilities but staying here feels.like home. Staff fantastic. Don't expect them.to be fluent in English but they make your stay worth to return.
