"The staff I would give 10 out of 5. They were really outstanding! Location is right were you want to be... 5 minute walk into town and 10 minute walk to the waterfall. The hotel beds are not the most comfortable, BUT the hotel itself is a treasure trove of activities for kids. We had no idea when we booked because the website didn't show it, but there is an obstacle course up and down the hill, swimming pool, cycle coaster, and many other things to entertain. The staff had a bubble machine running and gave us a lantern to decorate and then launch when we returned in the evening. This while they made us local Taiwanese dish even though we were not having dinner at hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves and definitely recommend 👍"
