          Family lives on 5th floor, management is no good.”

          Family lives on 5th floor of the hotel. Because of this, avoid staying on 4th floor if you value your privacy at all. Also, there was some changes in my vacation plans which resulted in me not staying all the days I paid for. I asked the desk for a partial refund. I never recieved any refund despite a few days notice. This hotel is trash. Look elsewhere on Go Vap district.

          No Privacy on 4th floor, Management is not flexible”

          I had a recent change in my vacation plans and asked the person at the desk if I could get a partial refund. Since I paid online through Agoda, that presented some issues. Anyways, they never refunded me any of my money. That disappointed me greatly. Also, don't stay on the 4th floor. A family lives on 5th floor (accessible only through the stairs) and thus you will get very little privacy. If you get intimate with anybody in your room, they can hear it.

          Despite the already good reviews of this hotel, I was still surprised by its cleanliness. Relatively far from City Centre, about 100K VND each way by Grab or Uber.

          約1500円程度で広い部屋、設備は東横インやAPA同等”

          ベトナムの安ホテルのため汚い部屋も覚悟していましたが、広くて、綺麗、エレベーターも有り、スタッフ達もきちんとなさっています。滞在中パスポートを預ける必要がありますが、その理由確認も後から内線で詳細までキッチリご説明いただきました。早朝のチェックアウトもキッチリ対応いただき、頼んでいたタクシーもキッチリオンタイムでした。東南アジアではこの「キッチリ」ができていないケースが多々ありますが、この値段でこれだけキッチリしてくれているのは珍しいと思います。
