Beautiful hotel with the nicest staff!”
Have never felt more relaxed and welcomed than during my time at Pinkcoco Bali. It was my first time in Bali and because of Pinkcoco it definitely won't be my last time! The staff are incredible and take the time to learn your name and why you are in Bali. Padang Padang surf beach is just a walk down the road and the hotel has many organic cafes within walking distance (the mango tree next door has good coffee!). Can not recommend this hotel enough, if you want a relaxing boutique experience in uluwatu definitely check out Pinkcoco.
That's not the first time I stay at PinkCoco Bali in the past 8 years. Every time I come back, as this place is such a chill. Happily, they extended the hotel so that it can accommodate more guests now, yet you always get a privacy here. They have a few pools, a sups cool patio, a spa that I truly love and a restaurant in front. The hotel has this hispanic touch in terms of design, rooms are furnished very cozily and each room has a king size open bathroom. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly and the famous Padang Padang beach is just a 4 min walk. So if you are thinking of staying in PadangPadang/ Uluwatu area, Pink Coco is highly recommended. Anyway, if you plan to stay in Seminyak or Canggu, I would recommend to still spend a couple nights here.
Nice hotel, wonderful staff ”
Stayed here for a short getaway, and I can't thank hotel staff enough for making my stay pleasant and relaxing! Nicely designed rooms, beautiful view, convenient location (5 min walk to the beach, lots of cafes and pubs around, short drive to all major beaches and sights of Uluwatu area). Quiet place, relaxing atmosphere - right what you need to enjoy Bali. Good swimming pools. But the best thing about PinkCoco is staff. Reception always helped organize anything - tours, transfers, special check-in/out requests. Drivers were just wonderful - not only did their job, but also helped get entrance tickets, advised on better places, protected from monkeys :), etc. Room service team were incredible - immaculate cleanliness, beds made up for the night, sweet treats, mosquito repellents, etc. Literally, staying here, you can forget about everything and just relax!
we loved pink coco”
we couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay at pink coco. it is a lovely part of the uluwatu area, less than 10 mins by scooter to the amazing uluwatu cliffs and surf breaks, pink coco was spacious both inside and out, and although many of the 28 rooms were occupied during our stay, it always felt peaceful and even private. the trattoria restaurant was fantastic, a very extensive menu that had something for everyone, including great coffees. there are other dining options very close by if you want to eat outside of the hotel, we didn't feel the need, unless we were out anyway. the evening outdoor dining experience in the iguana bar is a delight, relaxing, and a beautiful atmosphere. the architecture of pink coco is to behold, very authentic, plus lots of lovely balinese decor. my five star rating is relative to the prices at pink coco, but this doesn't detract from the quality service, very well equipped and spacious rooms and the overall experience that we had. pink coco is not only a place for those there to surf, we found a variety of guests really enjoying their stay. not only will we return to pink coco, but we will definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking to stay outside of the chaos of kuta tho enjoy some of the real delights of bali.
My favourite hotel in Bali!”
This was my 5th trip to Bali and PinkCoco has been my favourite hotel to stay thus far! All of the little touches like, a kettle, fridge, hair ties, shopping bag etc. The pools are beautiful, and love the adults only pool. The turn-down service with the gardenia scented oil burner and sweets - I loved staying here so much and can't wait to return. It's a shame that the restaurant was closed for renovations, but The Cafe With No Name over the road was just perfect.
We loved our stay here at Pinkcoco. The property has nice large rooms and is well maintained. They even prepared our room for the night every single day. The breakfast was very extensive and tasty (decent special coffees are included as well)! The staff and manager were very friendly and made our stay even more personal and special! Although Uluwatu is quite a sparse area, Pinkcoco is near Padang padang beach (walking distance). To visit other beaches and restaurants it is better to rent a scooter (which you can do at the property as well). During our stay Agoda messed up our booking, so we ended up in another room than we booked. The staff was very helpful in finding a solution to the problem and helped us in the contact with Agoda, eventhough the problem was not on their side!
Great location & facilities. Clean hotel walking distance to Padang Padang beach”
I was really unsure where to stay in this area. It was between binging beach and Padang Padang. In the end We Went with the pink coco in Padang Padang. And boy are we so very glad we did. Excellent priced hotel. Walking distance to Padang Padang beach, there’s a few restaurants and a couple of bars all in walking distance. A mini mart across the road. Uluwatu / single fin etc is only a couple of kilometres away. The hotel is clean and well kept. They provide pool / beach towels. And even fruit by the pool. Adults only pool is a bonus, theres beach lou fed and there’s even a couple of bales to lay in. And area to sit/lay and read books that are provided. The restaurant at the front is also nice- was always quite busy. Overall really good value for money hotel and would strongly recommend .
Dear Jacinta, Thank you for your excellent review and glad that you had a wonderful stay with us We look forward to welcoming you back at Pinkcoco Bali. Pink Regards,
Excellent hotel with the nicest staff!!”
Our stay in Pinkcoco was absolutely perfect. We got an upgrade upon arrival and couldn't be happier with the room. The bed was fantastic and the muskito net was really appreciated. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The hotel is in a good location, there are a lot of nice restaurants closeby, but we rented a scooter to go to some other beaches then the nearby padang padang. This beach gets really crowded sometimes and it is nice to drive around, search for other dinner options and find some hidden beach. If we come back to the Uluwatu region, we would book again at Pinkcoco!
Will come back again!”
We had a very good stay at Pinkcoco Bali Hotel. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, the garden room was comfortable (good that it comes with a fan and aircon, we prefer to sleep with the fan rather than the aircon) and the location is good for us as well since we had a wedding to attend nearby (we also had meals at The No Name restaurant just right across - delicious meals). Will definitely come back here again :)
Forget Kuta-- head to Pink Coco/Bingin!”
If you've only a weekend in Bali and are looking for beach-time relaxation without the bustle, I'd escape to the southwestern face of the Bukit Peninsula. Pink Coco is such a fantastic place to begin your own beach exploration. The hotel: so incredibly clean, well maintained, and clearly new. I had a sea view room--basically twice the size of a garden view room, and all the amenities: a/c, satellite television (but that's not why you're in Bali), large windows opening to a private terrace overlooking the pool and garden, a gigantic bathroom, towels for the bathroom and the beach. At the same time, earthy and authentic in its presentation. There's also the garden-view option for half the price-- super affordable. The staff at Pink Coco are kind, attentive, multi-lingual, and ready to perfect your stay in any way they can. Jojo, in particular, is your man. Eats: There's a Trattoria (the Southeast Asian Italian chain) adjacent to Pink Coco, always delicious, though of course pricy by Indonesian standards. My best suggestion: head down the road less than 100 meters and you'll happen upon a local Tex-Mex/seafood/multi-faceted open air restaurant called Cacho Sunset Grill. The food is delicious and satisfying, particularly on grilled Mahi-Mahi night. Next door to Cacho is Padang-Padang Inn's breakfast nook. Fruit plates and scrambled eggs win the morning at USD 1.50 each. Bottom line: if you're staying at Pink Coco, you're set for your daily meals, even on a budget. There's no convenience store in walking distance, though, so just keep that in mind. You'll be in walking distance to Bingin, Dreamland, and Padang-Padang beaches. Lots of cliff-scaling, narrow country roads, cows everywhere. I'm still reeling by how special it was having lived in overpopulated East Java for the past month. The only real con for this hotel: there are roosters in neighboring yards that won't shut up. All. day. long. If you're a light sleeper, you'll be up and ready to roll by 7 AM.
Really raw and RuStiC. Like Greek islands buildings.. but white and musk pink. No phone service. ”
Across road “place with no name cafe “ was great!! They were there to help while pink coco had no restaurant. The female stFfwho I met on arrival at night. I used Agoda app and saved $100 Aus money. She let me go with it instead of charging Bali price. Agoda is where I found pinkcoco. If you like peace and bliss this place is worth it up grade to best rooms .. it’s worth it. No Netflix only Bali tv. Boring at night time tv if u like drifting off. I went swimming instead till2am magical
Nice Pools, good Manager, good views”
After 35 trips to Bali and running hotels for 15 years I think I can provide a review of what you get vs what is available in Bali. Having a couple of minor hiccoughs on arrival due to previous guests not having vacated the room in time (it hadn't been finished for our arrival) we decided to take the upgrade to the 1 penthouse instead. We had paid extra for the seaview suites and these rooms are large with a good balcony space and good views. Most rooms require negotiating steps and stairways but this is a minor problem (for older people): The single Penthouse, whilst smaller in room area size has a wonderful bathroom and a huge Balcony area and the 360 degrees views are worth the extra climb and the extra money (in my opinion). We had the most amazing thunderstorm come through at night and to stand naked out in the warm rain under the Bali night Sky watching the lightening and being shaken to our core by the thunder is one of the more memorable nights we have had. I think that Pink Coco is good value for money for what you get and the "Mexican influenced design" is quirky and novel. 3 pools but no breakfast included. TIP: the Italian restaurant at the front is not run by the same people...I thought it was overpriced and not necessarily as welcoming as others. Buddha Soul (Organic) down the road is well worth the 5 minute walk for a really wonderful, freshly made salad or smoothie/juice, etc. ALSO: For something different try "El Kabron" Argentinian/spanish restaurant on the clifftop near Dreamland beach..follow the arrows. Magic spot, wonderful service and something unusual for Bali (4.5 stars on Trip Advisor)Bring your swimmers for the infinity "clifftop" pool experience looking across Padang Padang, Bingin and Uluwatu surf breaks and for really good cold "on tap" beer try the "extra Strong"..worth the effort to find it for both Dinner or a wonderful Lunch setting..(Jl. Pantai Centongkak, Pecatu Ph:+62 361 895 4017)..we did both..say James and Anna sent you
We've the unforgettable stay in Pinkcoco. The environment there is beautiful and comfortable, facilitating the restful sleep every night. Moreover, the staff is extremely helpful and offered immediate assistance upon approach. It is highly recommended to stay there if your wish to travel BALI!
Dear Chun, Thank you for your review and happy that you had a wonderful stay at Pinkcoco Bali Look forward to welcoming you back at Pinkcoco Bali Pink regards, Made
Second time I stayed at pink coco, and I was nicely surprised to see they extended the hotel with a new bar, an adult pool, a spa and new buildings. With the same style, love it! We were in the new part, massive room with good bed, nice bathroom. And very quiet Close to the beach Padang Padang, of Uluwatu too, best spot for me in Bali if you want to relax Thanks for the staff, all lovely and dedicated, will be back for sure!
Pinkcoco Padang Padang was the first stay of our trip to Bali. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so incredibly helpful and welcoming. We upgraded to a larger room on arrival for a very small fee and the room was just perfect. The hotel grounds are immaculately clean. I would highly this hotel to anyone and we would definitely love to return.
What a beautiful place and the staff is amazing. We felt so welcome and everyone was so friendly. The interior design is special, rare to find in Bali. After our stay we feel so relaxed, if you are in the area you should stay at pink coco! If you want to explore uluwatu you will need a scooter. There are some beaches and pretty good restaurants(drift for breakfast, bukit and cempaka cafe for dinner) in walking distance but if you stay longer than 3 days go for a scooter. And don't forget to try the massage in the hotel Spa, best one we 've ever had!
Loved our stay!”
We were looking for a place last minute and stumbled upon PinkCoco and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. We stayed in their one and only rooftop studio and it was amazing. You have an ocean and pool view and a very private place complete with a patio and lounge out front. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is no restaurant technically with the hotel, but trattoria right out front was great and even has take away bottles of wine which was wonderful :) we didn't want to leave and would definitely recommend it to anyone ! We didn't use the pool but it was nice and there's a separate private pool for adults only which is a nice perk. Highly recommend!
I really like this Hotel”
PinkCoco is great. I stayed in Uluwatu for a few nights and it was great. The room is clean and well decorated and the restaurant next to it (Trattoria) is my favourite in Bukit.
Amazing, loved it!”
We loved everything about our stay at Pink Coco. The rooms, staff and facilities were amazing and we'd definitely stay again. The photos don't do it justice. We especially loved that there are 2 pools and one is adults only. And the location is excellent. We stayed over Nyepi (so couldn't leave the hotel) which we were aware of and we didn't need to - however we didn't realise the restaurant was Italian. We really didn't feel like Italian and had no option but to have it for lunch and dinner but hey, that isn't normally the case. Loved it and highly recommend!
Wish we could have stayed longer.”
Pink Coco is a new hotel. Everthing in the hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are large and airy and beautifully furnished. The pool area is lovely and the service was top notch. The hotel is not on the beach, but few hotels are as this part of Bali is up on the cliffs with steep stairs down to the beaches. However, Padang Padang beach (probably the best beach for lying on) is about a 5 minute walk away and the hotel will hire scooters at a very reasonable price for those who want to explore. The attached restaurant has fantastic Italian food. Pizzas and pastas are well priced and happy hour seems to run all day! The only downside is that breakfast is not included and we found the breakfast options quite pricey but you could always choose to go elsewhere ( I recommend some of the small cafes and warungs at Ulu Watu for a meal with a gorgeous view of the famous waves!).
