Worst homestay I have ever been”

(1) BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE- placed booking on 4th Feb. 7th Feb @ 2.40pm I called the number written on booking form but she doesn't manage Pinnacle PJ. Gave me another number but no answer until 3.11pm after non-stop redialing (2) INCONVENIENT CHECK IN - asked me to send my details, and then sent me a link to pay deposit of RM300. I stood at the Pinnacle PJ carpark in the heat to key in my credit card details just to pay a deposit. Won't it be easier if you all told me earlier? Have you all thought what if I was with kids or elderly or with huge luggage? (3) detergent smell greeted me, torn sofa, used towels on top of cupboard, no body wash or shampoo (bottles are for display purposes only), ashes stain on wall, lack of kitchen utensils, no microwave, unplug fridge to replace electric stove coz only one wall plug. 3 queen size bed provided but only 4 sets of plates. (4) texted me at 8.39am to remind me to check out at 11am. (5) sales exec stop replying after she knew what happened.

Don't be deceived by the Ad, its a stinky deal, room is not cleaned, TV is NOT Working and the worst of all is THE BED IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR PRISONERS!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED FOLKS!!!!

Achtung: Do it yourself checkin”

Ideal für Misanthropen und anonym bleiben Wollende - aber nur für Leute, die mit dem Hochhausleben in KL vertraut sind. Per W'app wird man zu einer Schlüsselbox in einer der 4 Parkhausebenen gelotst, dann muss man den Zugang zum Skyscraper selbst finden (hat bei mir stressige 30 Minuten gedauert). Appartment vom Leben entrückt mit tollem Ausblick auf die KL-Betonwelt, Bahnstop nur 5min weg - aber keine gute Nahumgebung da weder Supermarkt noch Restaurant in nächster Nähe.
