No facilities and car park costs a bomb! ”
The studio room itself is great with modern and elegant design. View is great as it's located at 18th floor overseeing the view of pj and kl. However, i DO NOT RECOMMEND STRONGLY this studio for anyone who travel with car, as the parking costs RM3 per hour and maximum RM12 per day. If you just check in and drive out for dinner, you will need to pay the hourly parking fee, plus RM12 if you park overnight. The owner will also charge you RM40 cleaning fee and RM100 security deposit (which is refundable). In the end, the price that you pay to staying in doesn't reflect the price that you seen at the agoda ad. The location is great as it's located at the centre of ph, however the direction to get to the apartment is like a maze. The entrance is not clearly seen and is extremely confusing. It shares the same entrance to the hotel and there are different entrances (you must get the right one). The check in instruction is not helpful at all. You need to run to different locations to collect the key and look for the correct entrance to the apartment. Completely confusing and irritating. Also bear in mind that, there is NO facilities (eg swimming pool, gym, security box, shops, restaurants) in the apartment. Everytime you drive out and in, you need to pay the hourly parking fees. Not even coffee or tea is provided, no microwave oven. The shampoo is empty, no toothpaste.... I'd not recommend this place at all as you can find more decent places with similar price around this area.

Great place for quick trip”
Stayed for just one night, and was happy with the self check-in procedure, the condition of the room and all the provided amenities. Just note that there are no convenience shops nearby, apart from the petrol station with very limited selection of items.

Inspection is not done properly before guest arrival”
I always stay in this apartment during my visit to KL, and the recent trip is somehow unpleasant. 1. I hv sent my reminder twice for the car park access card a week before my arrival. It is hard to accept that it is unavailable when I arrive due to whatever reason. I give u an advance reminder!! 2. If u provided body shampoo, pls make sure that it is not mixed with water. You should hv inspect it before the guest arrive. 3. If it is main for staying up to 2 persons, make sure the fork and spoon come in PAIR. not 3 spoons and 1 fork You have an apartment with nice view, don't let the service ruin it.

Not a good stay”
The room is located at the very end and the hallway and the apartment itself was very quiet and empty. You have to pay RM10 per day for parking. TV had only basic channels. Also, they LIED about having a swimming poo as stated on Agoda because they had NO FACILITIES at all. We asked the person in charge about this and he simply said that I have to contact management myself. Overall, this room is not worth the money as they are many more apartments and hotel that provide more with less price.

Stayed safely but in terms of facilities nothing much. No drinking water provided, no coffee of tea, no Microwave, only type of soap for shower, not a soft bed & high deposit.
