EXTRA GUEST An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking. NOISE In the event our neighbors are disturbed by particular incidents like amplified music, vocals or excessive noise emitted during your stay, a formal warning be issued. If continued disturbance to any residents persists, guests will be escorted off the premises by local law enforcement. SMOKING If evidence of smoking is found during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a fine of RM50-RM200 for the removal of odors, debris and such. COOKING Only light cooking is allowed eg. instant noodles CHILD SAFETY If you plan to bring your kid(s) along, please take note that this property has a balcony with a sliding door. You may still book at your own risk. CHECK-IN/OUT Check-ins are anytime after 3pm. We are available onsite from 9.00am to 5.30pm to assist with your check-ins and check-outs. Should you arrive or depart out of these hours, we will guide you on the procedures for self check-in or check-out. Check-outs are strictly before 12pm. Late check out is on request basis and subject to availability. Hourly extension at RM50 per hour. Room occupied beyond 3.00pm are charged at full day rate of the day of departure. Extra cleaning services We do not provide daily cleaning service, only once at checkout. The required cleaning service fee is RM50 each time or a full set of Bed sheets and cover replacement will be charged RM30 each time. Access card/ Key Lose We have provided 2 set Access Card and key set, if any set are losing company will charge RM100 per set with police report or RM150 per set without police report. Location is strategic. But perhaps the management could consider allowing 2 parking bay per house instead of 1. Otherwise it become inconvenient for a larger family staying in that rented apartment.

The view is fabulous, and the place was spacious. It would be nice if we were given mineral water as the convenient store is a distant away. Otherwise it was clean and a nice place to stay.

No regrets for choosing this apartment to stay in as all the convienience around it. You no need to worry if you are hungry in the middle of the night as there are plenty of food you could grab. The apartment is extremely spacious. I like that there’s water filter, instant water heater and aircon works incredibly good; it cools down the rooms very fast. Grab drivers find it easy to drive to Pinnacle Tower as it is just next to Banafe Village. Downsides are the pool, we found cigarettes butts and even a plastic bag. Kitchen have trail of ants and lack of utensils. Unfortunately the microwave did not work as well, we were not able to reheat our good food.

Clean and spacious”

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Apartment is clean and spacious. Host was also prompt in replies. Location is also convenient. Will definitely come back here and recommend. Security is also tight and good so we felt quite safe. Only downside is that some of the remote controls were out of batteries and the showerhead in the master room was faulty. Not a big issue for us. And only have free parking for 1 car. Families driving in with more than 1 car will have to park at the opposite building which was quite inconvenient. Other than that everything was great! Thank you for the hospitality!
