the apartment is clean and up to expectations. The check in and out was smooth with friendly staffs that can accomodate my late check out. They even set up a whatsapp chat to ensure all communications are open. Will highly recommend this place

The old apartment is very clean. There's some rust at sides of the door and tap. The couch is too low for people with back issues. The bed is very comfortable. If you need room cleaning service, it cost RM50. I stayed at 34th floor. I can hear music from clubs nearby. There's a lot of food around the apartment. While my son was resting at the balcony, unit above our rented apartment randomly threw a large bucket of water at the balcony. It startled other neighbours also. Neighbours looked up to check out what happened. In terms of cleanliness and staff I give 10/10

Nice view on the 34th floor. Spacious and comfortable. Have a nice Thai restaurant next door that also serves mookata. At night can hear booming music from entertainment centre across the street but as it’s on high floor still not major disturbance.

Highly recommended 👍 Facilities 5/5; a big fridge (if compared to others), spacious living hall and others. Easy to park and nearby to lift. Got roof garden at level 38 but no luck as it closed from 10pm till 8am. Owner 5/5; fast response and friendly! Guard 5/5 friendly and helpful! Spectacular view from level 25;5/5 2nd bathroom no bidet spray/shower hose, better to provide it. Overall ok!

We love the house, very clean & tidy. Minimalist decoration🤩 Complete with Good facilities. Situated at the perfect location, lots of restaurants around, shopping malls and such are all within the vicinity. A great host, answer to our question efficiently. TQSM.
