nice room for cheaper price. hotel staff managed to prepare the room for an early check in. got coffee shop at the hotel lobby. (6am - 2am) from the hotel room can have a view of satun town. mosst of the good restaurant situated nearby the hotel

1 night stop over”
This hotel is ok for a 1 or 2 night stoper over, not for an actual holiday. The staff are really friendly and the food was suprisingly lovely. Its about 10- 15 mins away from the ferry port in Satun so its great if you get off the boat from maylasia and just want to get a good nights rest before setting off round Thailand. Its a little old school inside and a little dark but apart from that its a cheap hotel that serves its purpose.

Simple and very friendly hotel”
This hotel is for travellers, who need just necessary and sufficient things while staying. Good bed, hot shower, ac, quiet town behind the window, 7-11 and a lot of tasty food places just in one step from the hotel. The atmosphere of 80-th inside and a very friendly and helpfull personell. If there would be wifi in the rooms it would be just perfect.

Our Trip To Satun/Langkawi”
The Pinnacle, Hotel, seems, to be the only affordable, Hotel, in Satun. It is easy to find and has a good location. The Hotel is a 2 star since it is somewhat rundown, inside. The room, we received via Agoda, was a room with a strong dripping water/running tap, with twin beds, and for 100 THB, I upgraded immediately. Likely the Pinnicale, is the only Hotel it's size, in Satun, and has a captive market, so to speak. I would stay there again, but only one night.... arrive late, and have a couple of drinks, before you head to sleep... the TV's don't appear to work well, the lobby is OK, but the Hotel B-fest is the old cold fare...why can't the small heaters, under the buffet hot plates, ever work.... For the money it is an OK, place if you are wanting to catch the Satun Ferry to Langkawi... other wise, drive somewhere else...sorry a little work would go a long way...

simple but very low price”
Although the town is very simple and a bit isolated through very poor transport opportunities apart from tuk-tuks, we enjoyed our stay. People here are very friendly to tourists and you can eat well and very cheap in restaurant Time next door. The Thale Ban National Park (tuctuc) nearby is a very beautiful nature place and you can by bus to hua hin and by boat to Langkawi or ko Tarutao, although not for 1 day because of very few boats and buses to the harbours! The hotel is simple and old, not that clean but offers acceptable comfort at a very low price.

Pinnacle Wangmai Hotel, Satun”
The location is very convenient for the ferry to Langkawi, Malaysia. However, the hotel appearance is "depressing" This was our second stay, 4 days later than the first, and our reception was much better - a friendly receptionist and a better room - the one paid for! Also the view from the room was better, being at the front. This time we did not make the mistake of having their buffet breakfast.

Nice staff and convienent location but dirty rooms”
Overall this hotel is old, dirty and slightly creepy. The staff were helpful as I arrived very late at night and needed assistance with transportation early in the morning but that is the only positive thing. In the room the sheets were not clean there were rips and stains on the carpet,the paint was peeling off the walls and the walls were a bit thin. The beds were pretty comfy on the upside though. It is one of the only hotels in Satun.

particulary for me it was just a transit,and i could sleep the hours i need with the window completely open due the carpets are extremely old and smell really bad, i am sorry but i have to say that,the hotel cold be renewed easily,even if is old is not the structure is good,but i would not go back, there are few other options in town too find better quality and clean.

Survived the Experience”
The room was in a state of aggressive decay and featured all the usual plumbing problems. The telephone didn't work and the hot water was - sometimes. We had to buy our own cleaning materials to bring the bathroom into an acceptable state as the maid - bless her - was prpbably unable to bend far enough to reach - or notice - the accumulated grime. However the beds were comfortable and it was quiet night-time. The breakfast buffet (when available) contained heavily watered orange juice and cold eggs but when an individual breakfast was ordered this was good. There were minimal staff by Thai standards and the gardener must have retired some years ago and not been replaced. I expect the hotel will close when the lift expires.

it just felt a bit stuffy and neglected. old bathrooms, noisy a/c and blown light bulbs. the hallways are stuffy because there is no a/c. there is great potential but it needs a manager who can brighten up the place and make it a little more attractive so people would like to go for meal in that grant dining area. however, our room was clean and when i was able to open the window and switch off the a/c is was very pleasant in the room.

comfortable rooms but this is a hotel that used to be much better. It was probably built as a 4* hotel but is suffering from age and not enough maintenance, That said, everything worked and the beds clean and comfortable.
