Great location, with ease of access
Location, friendly staffs, well enough bed to sleep
Location wise it was very accessible to multiple places of interest in the city. The staffs were very friendly as well, willing to provide you with guides to the city. The breakfast provided was just plain bread and spreads, so do not expect too much.

don´t go there. dirty, old and disgusting
nothing, old and dirty place, too expensive for no service
don´t try. we booked triple room, and then found out it has shared bathroom. carpet is stained all over and smells. dirt everywhere. doors do not close properly and cannot be locked securely. very noise location at main street. "breakfast" is one slice toast. do not get tempted by the pics , they are only from the reception. the area where the rooms are is dirty and disgusting. for this money you will find many better places that are real hostels in better area. very disappointing

It will be better with better air-conditioning.
Centrally located, friendly staff and near to shopping area and restaurant.
My stayed was good but then it could be better if the room have better air-conditioning. Upon check-in we upgraded to a family room as recommended. But later we found out the air-conditioning in the room was not cold. So we changed to another family room which was 1 floor higher. The changed was not superb because the air-condition in the room was just slightly better then before.

"A Homely Lodge"
wonderful homely feel
Pros -warm friendly and very helpful staff,-helped to organise a day trip for us,always up for a friendly chat, public areas had a homely feel, very welcoming and comfortable-beautifully decorated with locally made furniture and fabrics, books to read in a small comfortable public lounge area -staff very security conscious, felt safe, beep in access on front door -clean room, great bed, beautiful linen and presentation -great central location, easy walk to main shops and riverfront, great coffee shop and mini mart with super friendly staff located across the road, many restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area -close to big department stores and local markets within an easy walk -great sound insulation in the room -friendly cats outside make you feel like your visiting a friends house Cons -room small but adequate -a nice little dining room but only offered a basic breakfast option -shower pressure and hot water not always reliable -light on toilet paper had to ask a few times

Very simple room for rest but comfortable enough
Strategic place
It is a very simple and small room for two people, but with the bathroom en-suite at very cheap price. Staff is friendly and helpful. They provide simple breakfast even their room rate is very low. Worth to try out and will stay again if they hv the cheap promotion again.

Strategically located in town area.
average affordable rated hotel with adequate facilities
Overall view, satisfy with the stay. As a reminder, be confirmed the hotel rates advertised by Agoda and the hotel to avoid misunderstanding with clients. Facilites offered can be improved and maintain the affordable rate, competative with other hotels.
