Good option for Sukhothai old city”
The guest house was good with a great breakfast and recommendations to see some temples at sunrise that is definitely a must. The swimming pool is great to cool off before heading to the temples for sunset. It could be made better with tidying it up. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet. It is one of the last guest houses from the entrance to the historical park.

Great location, a hotel to consider ”
If you want to walk to the temples, enjoy a swim after your day, this is a convenient place to stay. The rooms are small, some without a window, the breakfast is passable (they do however have fruit, good coffee, an interesting breakfast desert wrapped in banana leaves), white toast on both days was dry and hard. Be aware that the beds are more than firm. All in all, we were glad to be able to walk to the sites and the nearby bus station. Also enjoyed the excellent restaurant directly across the street. Thanks also to the owner for her kindness in going out of her way to get milk for our coffee.

Great place to stay for a few days. Might get boring after 3-4 days in here.

Very hard bed very nice breakfast”
It's a nice place but it feels like it was more glorious in the past. The location is convenient, the room kind of tiny, but ok. Beds are really hard and the first night I could smell somebody smoking. Breakfast is definitely the must have experience at Pinpao.

Okay but it wasn't really like the shown photos”
the female maid who looked after the place. She's nice.
So far it's good. However, I'd prefer if the male manager speaks nicely - (or nicer) to Thai guests. The female maid who looked after the place was a lot better than him.

Bed hard like wood”
Location ok piscine great but room without window and bed hard lile wood
The location is good near the historical parc. The swimming pool area is great with nice place too relax. But the rooms are small without windows, a bit noisy and the floor is more confortable than the beds. Staff is ok

Very basic, no frills hotel”
Close to park, free breakfast, very quiet
If you only need a clean place to sleep and have breakfast, this is a good place to stay. At first I was really disappointed but I had to remember you get what you pay for. The bed is quite hard. Breakfast is pretty good (I've had worse but also better). The room was mostly clean. It didn't have an outside window which felt odd to me - a bit cave like. My biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. I was really looking forward to having an afternoon or two laying out and swimming but that didn't happen. The loungers look like they've been left in the sun and rain far too long and desperately need to be replaced. The pool itself was a murky shade of green. I could have covered up the loungers but I was afraid to go in the algae filled water. So sad that it is so poorly taken care of. It could have been beautiful. It is fairly close to the historical park - less than a 15 minute walk to the entrance. I rented a bike (super cheap - 30 baht/day) and it was a pleasant and easy ride.
