First Time to Lombok”
This was our first time to Lombok and we stayed 5 nights at Pipe Dream Villas. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and efficient. Breakfast menu was good with different options and freshly prepared every morning. Our Villa was spacious and more than adequate for a family of 4, it felt disconnected from the resort and other villas. It was also difficult to get to at night due to poor lighting. We would have preferred a villa from 1-5 which were closer to the restaurant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt well looked after.

Fantastic place!”
We stayed in Pipe Dreams for 3 nights and it was lovely. Normally I stay in budget accommodation but I was lucky enough to have a paid for trip so I chose a fancier option. What I really liked was it was more upmarket without the stuffy-ness of posh hotels. It was still relaxed and chilled but with some luxurious touches that made the stay special. In the one bedroom villa in the photo on Agoda it looks as if the pool is private but it is actually shared with one other room. For me, this is not a problem at all, we made friends with the people in the other room but just in case you were hoping for a private pool from the photo. Great place. I would recommend to families and young single traveling people. Good for everyone!

Fabulous Stay”
This was our second stay here at Pipe Dream Villas and once again doesn't disappoint. We stayed again with a group of friends and all had a wonderful time. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. The facilities here are great, the Palette Restaurant is fabulous and always has some entertainment happening. It's in a great location, close to other restaurants, shops and beach about 10 min walk or hire a motor bike, we always get bikes as there are so many lovely places to go out of town and explore, many beautiful beaches and restaurants to be found.

Best place in Lombok ”
Pipe Dream is hands down the best place to stay in Lombok. Everything was great. The owners have put a lot of love into the design and decor and not to mention the menu. Food is great. Happy hour cocktails are made to perfection, i recommend margaritas. 😉😍 This is the only place i would stay there, perfect for family, couples or groups of friends. Thanks so much for your hospitality. My partner loved watching surfing in the man cave upstairs.

Great Location”
Stayed here with some other friends for 5 nights and wished we could of stayed longer. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and plentiful. The only thing I would say is that a little bit more maintenance could be done on the rooms and a bit more thorough cleaning and wifi very dodgy but that's not uncommon just a bit annoying. The first pool Villa we moved into had no fans operating and the air con was not working very well in one of the rooms but they were more than happy to move us to another Pool Villa. They nearly always have a band playing at night so its great if you want to get out and meet people, we had a few good nights out there and we also got to meet the owner and he is very friendly and more than helpful, very hands on. We will definitely be coming back to stay here next time we are in Kuta Lombok.

Nicely designed villa with convenient location”
The interior design of this private villa is super cosy and spacious. Had some hiccups when i first arrived at the villa but it was all sorted out efficiently and professionally by Eti and her management crew. Had 3 wonderful nights in the villa (with private swimming pool) and the staff were very friendly and accomodating with our requests. However, breakfast is quite limited and maybe an area for improvement by the hotel? Location is very good, super convenient to many nearby restaurants and cafe. And kuta beach is about 12 mins walk away.

Affordable price, nice villa, but limited range of breakfast and no slipper provided.. Please take consideration to add some lights to the front path of villa especially the garden view villa.. Because it is too dark at night to walk from our villa to reception.. But overall, it was an enjoyable stay there..

Enjoyable honeymoon place”
We spent two nights at Villa 1 Pool. The room is clean, also the provided private pool, although it is very small. Unfortunately there is no electric kettle provided. We got a problem with the toilet, but the staff solved it quickly. The property is a bit far from the beach. The provided breakfast is fine. We ordered steak and burger from the restaurant there for dinner and they were delicious.

Great location in the middle of center of Kuta Lombok, well kuta itself is not so big, quite a small area. 5 minutes walking to the famous resto El Bazar. Bathtub is great can fit in for 2 persons, but I cleaned first since it seems bit dusty. Problems with water in the first night, it was not working for the whole night, for the toilet, tap water and shower. There is no telephone in the room, so difficult if want to ask something to receptionist, and seems there is no room service too. One time the staff came in to our room villa unannounced to inform us about tour package, luckily i was in full dress, the door gate can be access from outside with no lock. Second day the housekeeping didn't replenish the water in the room. The villa is great but there are still room to improve the service. Regardless we still enjoy our stay.

The best to stay in Kuta, Lombok”
As we travelled for honeymoon, i was surprise with the room facilities and design (except for no room phone). But it could be better if the staff didn't come to the villa watering the garden while us wasn't around. It was dissapointing. And please double check the cleanliness of towel.

Most of the staff were friendly and engaging. All came around eventually before we departed. I guess it's the Lombok culture 😊. Kudos to the kitchen staff who prepared our tuna we caught during one of the days of our stay. Well Done! Great little place! We will stay here again.
