Excellent Stay..with a good well connected location”
Incase ur in north goa and plan to stay with family, couple, single this is the hotel. Well trained staff, very polite and helpful, hospitality at it's best. The hotel is well located about a 10 to 15 mins walk to the calangute beach. Has a supermarket at walkable distance, shopping outlets for apparel, food and liquor. Only draw back is that it does not have a lift so incase your staying with older people you may want to go for the ground floor rooms and book it in advance. In terms of amenities your basics are covered. Hair dryer preferable you carry your own as they provide you a very basic one with not much air blow power. Food is good. Our stay was lovely would stay again in this hotel when back in goa.

Affordable comfort, artsy vibe”
We stayed a whole week at Pirache Art Hotel on Holiday Street, Calangute and it was a very comfortable stay. The location is bang in the centre of tourist haven Goa and everything is tailor made even for the most unplanned traveler - easy to procure rental cars or scooters, good affordable food all over the street and within walking distance, excellent place to reach most of north Goa beaches. The basic but neat facilities really suited us as we are a family who uses hotels for just stays so we don’t really care for trimmings. The children did enjoy the clean, well maintained pool. The road right next to the hotel leads (in a serpentine but sweet way) to the beach right next to the best shacks such as Jukebox and Prince of Tides. The breakfast is sufficient to power up for the day- poha, idli, eggs, choley bhaturey and the inevitable bread. A shoutout to Vinay and Ansh at the front desk for always being helpful and proactive in ensuring our comfort.

Good hotel, the staff are friendly & eager to help. We stayed in the suite with a large (very) bath the only thing the room was it has a massive side window & a floor to ceiling window next to the patio doors, that only have flimsy curtains on them so it's too light in the mornings ( also they look rather cheap too ) if they were the same as the curtains which cover the patio doors all would be good & easier to sleep at night. Small thing but... Great place though.

Great place to stay in Calangute just 5 mins walk to the beach. Lovely big room and bed with patio doors opening on to swimming pool. Calangute is fun with many nice restaurants and beach bars. Pretty quiet here too. Hotel would be 10/10 but breakfasts were very meh! And not easy to find anything good elsewhere to start the day - oh well least of our worries when you have 30 degrees weather, full sun and white sandy beaches on your doorstep!!!

Friendly beautiful hotel”
I and my husband stayed in Pirache Art Hotel for 3 weeks in January-February. The room was spacious with a terrace facing the hotel’s pool. Beautiful layout, lots of plants and trees make this place very unique. We’re happy with a good power shower and comfortable large bed. Staff is working tirelessly 24/7, extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was the buffet breakfast which we didn’t bother to go for after about 2-3 days of trying it. Otherwise, we quite enjoyed the restaurant’s food ordering from their menu. I also have to mention hotel’s ayurvedic massages facility. Sheku is one of the best specialists in this field, extremely knowledgeable and professional therapist. He managed to fix my shoulder and made my permanent feet cramps go away. My husband was impressed with his improvements too. So, considering all these things, I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Connectivity and staff”
Nice place to stay and just walkable distance to beach. Baga, Candolim and Calangute beaches are very close this location. Complimentary breakfast is good compare to outside hotel. Staffs hospitality was good. Totally worth to stay in this hotel but bit overpriced.
