We use Pitikant place as a stopping point to play golf. Pitikant place is very clean. The staff are excellent. It is in a remote town a little away from golf. We love the owner! Great experience.

USA couple”
The owner Nana is exceptional. She goes out of her way to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are very clean and adequate. We play golf at the AIT golf course. It is a 9 hole course and is fun to play. Pitikant place is hard for the taxi drivers to find, but with the gps on our phone, we were able to help our driver and Nana talks to the driver and helps them out also. We used uber and that turned out excellent. It is a true Thai neighborhood. Everyone around is pleasant and kind and always gives you a smile. 7 eleven stores and Tesco are at just a few steps away. We have been staying at Pitikant place every year and Nana welcomes us each time with a hug. It's really nice to feel right at home their.

It sometimes can be interesting to get taxi drivers to find this place, but with the help of the greatest hotel manager Nana, it all worked out. Have never stayed in a hotel where the manager showed so much personal attention to every detail of our stay. We chose Pitikant for it's location to 3 surrounding golf courses we wanted to play. From the moment we arrived Nana and her staff made sure we were taken care of. From taxis, laundry, restaurants, massages they made sure we were accommodated. The hotel is a couple of blocks back from the main road, 10 to 15 minute walk to many restaurants,at the Zeer mall. A short taxi ride will take you to the more upscale mall called the future plaza. We preferred the Zeer mall area. Nana personally showed us two massage places that had very good service and at a very reasonable price. There are many college students living in the building all being very polite and quiet. The room is very clean with plenty of room. For the price a excellent value, would highly recommend. We also really enjoyed playing the golf courses nearby. We have stayed here twice with quality service each time. You have a personal key card to get into the entry way so it is secure and you feel very safe.

Great value for money near DMK and Rangsit Uni”
Pitikant is a nice hotel run by a lovely lady. It is operated very professionally and appears brand new. Rooms are stylish and come with all amenities (air con, flat screen TV, hot water shower etc). The location is indeed good, being very close to the Phaoyothin bus stop where busses 29 + 39 take you to the airport DMK for free (!), and with 7/11, Tesco and street stalls close by. Get off when you see the Chokchai museum. Also, songthaews to RSU leave here. As it is a small soi though, taxis may struggle to find the hotel. Ask them to ring the owner.

Overview”
Whilst the room itself was great the fitted sheet did not stay on the mattress as it was too loose..We would wake up lying on the mattress...The location is in a very noisy soi so if your room fronts the soi the noise is constant well into the night and there is bright lighting also which keeps the room well lit all night...There are 2 x 7/11 stores and a Tesco Express close and many Thai food stalls so food was never an issue as was convienience for essential items with a 7/11 next door to the Pitikant Place entrance... I am a light sleeper so I wouldn't stay there again but it would be better in one of the back rooms that don't front the noisy soi..

Another 5 nights in the long weekend, nice place to stay always. ”
The second time to stay here, 5 nights this time. Everything is good like I reviewed last time. The staff including the owner are nice as always. A housekeeping is keeping to make up the room for all days, keeps the room clean. The facility in room is well maintenance. Nothing to be an issue, except for a long stay, the hotel provided only 5 Thai Free To the Air TV programs. This can be easy to get bored if you have to spend time in the room for all day and don't have your own antenna for another 20+ digital TV programs. Of course, there will be the third to stay here again (^_-)

Clean and spacious room in vibrant neighbourhood”
I spent 3 nights in this hotel with my colleagues. The hotel is 1 year old, so everything is clean and working. The rooms are spacious, with AC in good condition. Even though food is not served, there are plenty of eating options just outside the hotel, as well as several convenience stores. The staff and particularly the owner, are very friendly. She recommended places to eat, booked taxi and gave instructions for us. The hotel is actually much closer to the main road than shown on the Agoda map. A very pleasant stay, recommended!

Exceptional”
We have stayed here several times over the last few years. The rooms are always fresh and clean. Really enjoy coming back to Nana and her friendly staff. She is an exceptional manager. Goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasurable. The rooms are nicer and cleaner than any other place we have stayed that cost two or three times as much. As a tourist it is nice to stay in a friendly Thai neighborhood. You get to experience the local restaurants and many street vendor options if your so inclined. Will definitely be going back.

Hard to find”
The hotel itself is great. No complain except for the bed which i find a little uncomfortable. The room is clean and new. But it took a while for me to find this place that i had to call the hotel to give direction to the cab driver.

I've stayed for 2 nights. The facility in room is new and well maintenance such as a sofa, a dining table set, TV and fridge. The room is very clean and the air is fresh by the air refresher. The bathroom stuff providing bath jell shampoo, and I surprised that the also provide a hair conditioner and a body lotion, even they're rated a 2 stars. The room come with a balcony which is a smoking friendly, I appreciate that. The location is not bad, near a highway not so hard to find a taxi. It's surrounding with convenient stores like 7-11, Tesco Lotus Express and plenty of exotic street food. The staff is good and quick response to your need. However, the room rate quite high if compare to the same kind of service apartment which also providing a daily service. It will have a 5 scores in cleaness and staff if:- I ask to make up my room. They did not change my towels. I have to ask to change a towel later. And of course they didn't change the bed sheet if you would not ask as well. Moreover, the hotel ask for THB 500 for a key card deposit.

Comfortable and clean”
Started with staying here four days and i enjoyed my stay so i extended my stay here with nine days. Close to many attractions in the area, good streetfood(especially for breakfast) and other restaurants as manhattan. It was a very pleasant stay and i'd definitely come back here! A little problem with ants but the staff fixed it very quickly, although there was a bit problem with how to communicate all the issues were resolved! Nice place 4/5 would come back!

Near Airport & Dream World”
Stayed 3 nights , Near DMK airport / DreamWorld, Bus stop with walking distance, 7.-11 is right next to the apartment. Good food around. Room is clean and nice but bed is a bit hard and staff don't seem to refill toiletries everyday we stayed 3 nights but with a tiny provided shower gel bottle had to ask staff for more shower gel. No one is often there @ the reception, had to call to get someone down for us for checking in even though I left a message about my check in time..

Nice little hotel for short trips”
The host was very accommodating and helped explain to the taxi driver how to get to the hotel. It's on a small, one-way road. Convenient to a 7-11 and Tesco Lotus Express. We had one problem with the bed, but staff quickly moved us to another room. We'd stay there again.

Great simple hotel with great staff”
I arrived very late (2AM) and had to wake up the staff. They were still courteous and got me checked in quickly. Room had all the ammenities and was very clean. This is a simple hotel but great for short stays.
