Nice hotel”
Nice hotel located about 100yds off the downtown main road. A short walk to the Myanmar border station. The hotel has 2 elevators. The only downsides are there is no safe box in the room, and no coffee pot in the room. But hot water is available downstairs in the restaurant. The food from the hotel's restaurant is very good and reasonably priced.

I lost my way when I reached here. Fortunately I saw this hotel and booked promptly because of their magnificent outlook. Good time to spend one night here.

Covid restrictions but nice room”
Good room, restaurant closed, internet intermittent. TV poor choices. For the price it's a good place, quiet and convenient for shopping.

Room Was Great”
room was shockingly nice. room itself would rate at 5-star level in varied locations, and this is mae sai. otherwise hotel services were... well, i don't think there were any. but staff was fine, place was clean and secure. room was huge. bathroom was well equipped, well finished and water was strong and hot. everything that the dazzling border town of mae sai offers is just a few steps away. if you are doing a circuit tour of points north of chiang mai and chiang rai, this would be a great place to stop and take a break. huge lcd tv, but left the ps3 at home. if you want to veg in the room some, if you have your own dvd or laptop hookup, bring it along.

i had a suite and i got a great deal. check in was easy the suite was huge ,great decor and very clean. in reception a couple of people spoke basic english . had room service a few times very nice and good prices. they did my laundry which was reasonable has a tv ( no english channels). this is a new hotel make sure that when you book you book this one as there are other hotels with similar names. it is right in the middle of mae sai markets all around you and about 500 meters from the border, i liked this hotel. wifi was ok not to fast.

Great location, Great room, Great Experiene”
My wife and I did a border run, and tried a new hotel, as the one we previously used was sold out. Let me tell you, I'm soooooo happy we gave this hotel a try. It's way closer to restaurants and fun stuff and a night market near the Mae Sai border checkpoint. We had tons of options for food, coffee, beer, shopping. The room was super nice and clean and fancy looking and the air-conditioner was very good quality and strong. The staff was professional and fast with checking us in. We will 100% stay here again if we ever go to Mae Sai in the future, as it was such a fun experience.

New hotel, good location.”
The Piyaporn Pavilion Hotel appears new with clean, modern furnishings and fixtures. The hotel has much potential but some of the "little" things still need attention - such as the addition of a bedside clock to the bedroom. The bathroom is large, modern and very comfortable. Similarly the bedroom, the deluxe, is quite spacious and has magnificent views of the Myanmar Mountains. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of the Myanmar border and markets. The breakfast buffet is adequate without being impressive. The hotel represents good value for money.

Best Location/Hotel in Mae Sai”
Have traveled to Mae Sai any number of times and stayed all over the place. Hadn't stayed here before as its location is not visible from the main road so we never noticed it. It is a five minute walk to the border crossing and the place is ultra quiet at night-unlike many Thai hotels. The room we had was great with a huge bathroom with tub and shower stall. There was good W-fi service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great spacious and secure parking area as well as underground parking. Only down side was the lack of english television channels-bring along a dvd player/computer and hook it up to TV as we did- and the fact that they did not have breakfast. Would highly recommend it otherwise.

Beautiful hotel,nice location”
Reception staff were unfamiliar with the voucher but pleasant. The restaurant has limited opening hours, not busy. Room is well equipped and huge. Downside is TV channels only in Thai, a pity as nightlife is non-existent in Mae Sai.

Newish hotel in a good location”
A quiet hotel located just off the main road of Mae Sai. Lots of parking available and a security guard patrols at night. Our room, junior suite, was comfortable, if basic. TV reception limited to local Thai channels and reception was "snowy." Cleanliness could be improved as our daughter discovered numerous small animal turds in room corners. The morning breakfast is very ordinary. We tried it the first morning but went out for food thereafter. Hotel staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. A very short walking distance to the Burmese border crossing which made the hotel very convenient. Lots of nick nack shopping available nearby and the new "Central" shopping plaza is located very close by. This offers Doi Chang and Black Canyon coffee. There is also a sukyaki style buffet restaurant and numerous clothing and bakery outlets. Pork rinds and salapao are a good buy here.

Exceptional”
I would think it is one of the better hotels in Mae Sai where hotels are really limited. It's perfect for a few days stay.

Clean , Neat, Cheap”
Staff were largely non-english speaking. Hotel just next to the only shopping complex in Mae Sai, "Hong Fa Plaza" 2 mins walk to the most local wet market (Morning til late afternoon) 3 mins to main street with lots of street vendors.

the room was large, clean and well equipped. refrigerator, cool water, large tv, plenty of thai channels, but no channels in english unfortunately. large shower with plenty of hot water. there even was a separate bathtub. large impressive reception area. all staff hiding behind the reception though.. friendly. breakfast is not included, and i did not see any restaurant area. i would stay there again if i needed to go to mae sai. unfortunately, this time of year the sky is filled with smoke.

Nice hotel”
Hotel is quite new. Room is clean. The hotel location is near to amenities and border of Myanmar. Reception is very friendly and fast checked in. At first cannot locate the hotel, we have to turn in to a small road from the main road. Overall we are very pleased with the hotel stay.

Good Location, basic facilities ”
There are nicer places in Mae Sai but this location is clean and a solid choice. Beds were comfy. Recently bug sprayed and we had to open windows. Odor was pretty strong. Staff were friendly and flexible with us.

basic, very basic”
Cute hotel right in the heart of the shopping in Mae Sai and very close to the border crossing. Pros - quiet, relatively clean, nice bathroom with both enclosed shower and a separate bathtub, huge tv. Cons - the temperature control for the air conditioning is up on the wall at the ceiling level. You must stand on a chair to adjust it. The air conditioning was so loud and located by the head of the bed - we had to turn it off to get any sleep. While the television is very big and reception is great there are only 5 Thai channels to chose from. There is no water heater in the room to make coffee or tea. The hotel does not provide breakfast.
