Spacious bedroom and living area with floor-to-ceiling window, giving a beautiful view of the cityscape. Full kitchen and laundry amenities, including microwave oven, fridge, washer/dryer, and cooking utensils. Lovely, helpful host. Easy express checkin/checkout. And lastly, the beautiful paintings and tasteful interior deco. It gives such a lovely feel to the stay.

for the good thing 1. Location is best, this time stay at here is because my mother was spice surgery at beacon hospital, i need to arrange my father stay at here. this PJ8 is near by that hospital 2. near at PJ8 have alot of shoplot. stay at here is very convience to buy and eat. thing to be improve. 1. the house is allow for maximum 3 person stay but security access card only given 1, suggest like hotel at least have 2 access card. i facing difficult when i want to pickup my father or send him back to here only can drop by at lobby. 2. kicten cabinet is broken and degrade due to wear and tear but without maintenance and repair, inside cabinet was dirty. 3. 2nos of the dinning chairs condition is bad, shake and have risk to fall down. 4. house internet connection always disconnect by itself, onwer advice to restart modem if the internet connection lose 5. TV is connect to TVbox but due to internet speed and service is interuption unable to use 6. Wash room facilities have minor leak need to repair. 7. only one thing for location is every time out to PJ8, unable to U-turn back to PJ old town direction, only the way from PJ8 to pj old town or hospital is via connect to federal highway and reconnect back to jalan timur.( this cant be improve due to design)

It was a nice stay. The check in and check out process is very smooth. Apartment was really good, clean and cozy. Feels like home. Though, I personally think that the toilet could’ve been better. The mosaics in the second room was a bit dirty, musty. Heater makes loud noises. And the sink was clogged. Note: You are required to pay RM100 for deposit.

Pros mentuined above. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Some of the pipes were leaking. Owner should consider changing the shower curtains and removing fungus from the tiles along the bath tub

Too dusty and not worth paying to stay”
To start with, this unit charged us RM60.00 ringgit for cleaning fee separately, not included in initial payment for the unit. One would have expext that they have it in decent condition for travelers to stay in. But to our dissapointment, things doesn't happen as expected. To start with, we noticed before bed time the blanket in the bedroom doesn't seem to be changed nor washed. When we were back to the unit during night time and trying to rest, it caused both me and my wife itchyness and we do without it throughout our stay. On another matter, the bedroom floor, fan and lighting was covered with heavy dust when we checked in. After staying in the room for a extended period of time we both feel our throat itches and having runny nose. We only noticed it during late night so we tried to clean it off as much as we can so we can sleep. But even with our own cleaning the room is still having lingering dust and we have to wear facemask to avoid irritation to our nose and throat during the rest of our stay. The bathroom/toilet will have a stink urine smell after awhile even though we tried to rinse off most of the surfaces and flushed the toilet. I suspect maybe is from the drainage. We had to keep the bathroom window opened the whole time to air out the smell. We reflected to the management on the dust issue and they only offered to extend our check out time. This is a joke, it is already causing us discomfort staying there why would we want to extend our check out time?!! We requested for compensation or at least refund the cleaning fee but until now still no news about it. For travers who had allergies to dust or dirty enviroment this is the place you should stay away. Clealiness aside the PJ8 swimming pool is really nice. The building is in a somewhat central PJ area easy to access to key places if you're driving. If you found other management units go for it but stay away from this owner.
