There are a few things that we would like you to do and not do.
Please take off your shoes before coming inside.
Leave shoes in the storeroom, not at the back door
Please don't leave rubbish at the back door. Trash bins are provided in the carpark.
No smoking inside. if you need to smoke please go outside and dispose of butts responsibly.
If you use, loose or break something please replace it.
Please don't take anything from the apartment home with you - Remember they are my possessions.
Comply with CD and P property rules. They are posted on the wall in the carpark next to the stairs. Pool rules are posted on showers at either end of the pool.
Please be considerate of other guests and residents - no excessive noise after 11pm.
The blinds are a bit fragile so please open and close them gently
Please don't use bathroom towels for around the pool. Pools towels are kept in the store room.
Please don't hang towels on balustrades.
The airconditioning systems will only cool effectively with doors closed.
Don't leave the airconditioning on with the outside doors open or if the room is not occupied.
Please return all keys. You will be charged 3000 baht for lost key.
Before you leave please clean up the kitchen, wash any dirty cutlery/dishes, empty the refrigerator and dispose of rubbish.
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B7.5 per unit. Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day.
A refundable breakages deposit equivalent THB20000 is required at checkin
