Will not recommend. The staff at the reception did not provide the WIFI password when i was checking in, and i tried to call several times but no one picked up the call. The toilet had no toilet rolls and no towels so i had to take the lift back down again to ask the receptionist personally. after more than 10mins, the items did not appear. I had to make the trip back down to the reception again! The only saving grace is that the manager is responsive and help to address the issues. But the same lack of amenities happened again on the 2nd day! towels and the toiletries were not replaced. The reception who works the evening shift for those days are not responsive

my 2nd time staying in this hotel. for the location and standard, it is not too bad compared to similar hotels in that area. good for short business trip in the area. only drawback is that breakfast is very simple and to a certain extend, limited.

The clean budget hotel in Bekasi”

During my stay I feel not really special with the hotel. Well, I just use this hotel for transit before continue going to Bandung. The room is nice, the staff were nice as well. Overall this hotel is fine, pleasant.

this hotel is located close to the Highway, so noise is an issue here, but you can feel the vibrantness of the city somehow from here. it is about a 10mins walk to a shopping mall. Breakfast is simple with limited variety. staff are not very organised and well-trained.

Convenient for the area, great value”

Rooms are simple but clean and tidy. As far as I know, it is the only budget hotel in the region, so it is very convenient if you need to be in the Bekasi Barat area. Great malls and cinemas within walking distance.

When I arrive, the condition of hotel entrance makes me hesitate. It's like you enter a deserted place, with rocks and gravels in the parking lot, water pond right in the entrance door. Basically the parking lot is not well maintaned. The hotel is quite new. The lobby is fine, clean, rather warm. Check in and check out is efficient. The room is clean. Room size is small but still ok. Sleep is so-so because you can still hear the noise from the highway outside. It's because this hotel right beside a very busy highway (Jakarta-Cikampek toll road). Breakfast is simple, no restaurant in the hotel but you can walk 3' to a big mall and Giant Hypermarket nearby. Blue Bird taxis are always stand by in the parking lot.

I stay there because it was located in a place where I should go for a conference on the next day. The hotel is small, affordable, the staffs are friendly, very quick in responding customer's request & the good thing that is very good is the cleanliness of the room. The sheet, pillow cases & towels are very clean. The room is also clean. Car park is not too far from the lobby. However, the condition of the car park is not proper. I also experience the black out for several times during my stay, the hotel staff informed me that the electricity engine supply wasn't working properly due to the problem from the state electricity company, but it should have been anticipated earlier.

Nice hotel to transit, clean, and worth to pay. Located next to toll road so its better to get higher room to minimize the noise. Very fast check in and good wifi connection in room.

When its located near the toll, we can hear the noisy from the traffic outside the hotel 2. The morning breakfast need to be varieties 3. The room itself looks old with the crack on the wall 4. Type of bed is necessary to replace with high quality spring bed. Waiting room in lobby was not comfortable to guest. More better Breakfast room remove to another place. Thank you for fast service !!!

The hotel actually not bad, the building look very nice, but the 1st time we arrive the big cockroach welcoming us and small lizard (cicak) on our bed. Called the fronts desk, and they give us the new room. The room are very small. The breakfast don't have many choices. This hotel just good for backpacker or short stay. The staffs are very friendly and helpful,

Affordable budget hotel with comfortable room”

The room is comfortable, clean and good location. Little bit noisy from the Toll road. The breakfast was standard (noodle, fried rice, sausage, porridge, etc) but the fried rice was too dry and porridge is tasteless compare to Amaris Jogja where I've been staying before, the quality of breakfast needs to be improved.
