Hotel Staffs are extremely kind!”
My family and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The location is great. It only took 10 min by Tuk Tuk to old market and pub street. Wasn't so far from Angkor Wat either!!!!! Our flight was around 20 P.M. so I asked the receptionist to take care of our luggages while we were exploring the old market. But she gave us an even better offer; she extended our check-out time 2 hours longer AND made sure our belongings are safe. What an amazing hospitality! Everyone who works there are always very polite, kind and dedicated. The only issue we found was with the facilities. The bathtub was't neatly plugged up so we had to give up on taking a bath. Also housekeepers sometimes forgot to leave us a few towels or bath mat. But then again the hotel and people there were amazing and those miner issues didn't bother us much. We thank all of your great hospitality and kindness and hope to stay at your hotel again!
Wonderful and Reading place you can stay in Siem Reap”
I enjoy the light music at breakfast. Very Relaxing place. Very Professional staff
Overall good cost/,quality”
Everything fine: cleaning, pool, breakfast. Just an advice: do not book trips with them because it is more expensive that arrange it outside the hotel
Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!”
The staff were the most amazing we have had in the 6 weeks we have been traveling. The food here is some of the best we had in Siem Reap. The rooms are beautiful and clean and awesome air con for hot months. The service was impeccable, everyone always smiling and happy. Great way to end our trip
Overall nice stay, but we’d try someplace else next time”
The good: the staff were lovely and always eager to help. The pool was a lifesaver in the unbearable heat, and happy hour drinks made it even better. Pickup from the airport was seamless and free (we paid $8 for drop off). The bad: We booked a room last minute so ended up with a 4th floor room, which are the less desired ones as they require climbing four flights of stairs in the heat and have much smaller balconies than the other rooms. The room was spacious and comfortable, but our bathroom floor was quite dirty, especially the shower had soap scum on the floor that made it very slippery. We told the staff about it and they addressed the shower floor — the rest of the bathroom floor seems to just be stained with dirt. The location was a bit too far from the center for us. It’s an easy $2 tuktuk ride to get there (we were charged $3 to get back in non-hotel tuktuks), but we prefer to meander around and there’s not much around the hotel worth seeing. One thing that annoyed me was the hotel made some things really expensive, like: large water for $3.50 (it’s $0.70 at convenience stores), laundry for $5/kg (it’s $1/kg at laundry places in town). Of course you always expect hotels to charge more for things, but I found the upcharge too extreme in these cases.
Beautiful Accommodations and Wonderful Staff”
My husband and I fell in love with this hotel and all the staff that work there! Our tuk tuk driver Sophen looked after us for days taking us wherever we wanted to go! We arranged a tour guide through the hotel that was well worth it to take with us to Angkor Wat. The pool was incredibly relaxing and the rooms are spacious and well maintained! Ana and Seymer were so inviting and helped us plan each day! We would highly recommend this oasis!
Very nice and friendly hotel”
1. the location is nice (a, 15mins walk from night market and nearer if you take tuktuk; b, supermarket and laundry by 5-10 mins walk) 2. friendly and helpful staff (very warm-hearted and glad to offer help and advices) 3. mosquito is quite a problem (i had numerous of serious bites....) 4. the security of the hotel is ok but: the door of balcony is nearly broken and the room door has a bit problem to close (i felt worried but i lost nothing during the time i stayed in the hotel) 6. breakfast is nice and they offer many options (in cambodian and western styles) 7. nice to have free airport pick-up (return is not for free but they are willing to call tuktuk for you) 8. many local tours to book 9. spacious and clean room, also well-designed (thankful for their air-con as siem reap is soooo hot)
Beautiful stay in Cambodia”
Thank you Anusa for your accomodation of our beautiful stay of 4 nights ($37 CDN per night) in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The staff is so friendly and respectful. The hotel is clean and and rooms are spacious. We enjoyed our daily morning breakfast, along with the staff who is very accomodating with Tuk Tuk services offered from the hotel to the market/Pub Street for only $2 OR day trip to Angkor Wat temple which prices vary. The hotel is located less than 10 minutes drive from the market or pub street.
Lovely large rooms overlooking the pool with a big balcony. Slightly outside the town which means you need to get a tuk-tuk back and forth from the hotel. Hotel has several tuk tuk drivers who are reliable and friendly, with drop-off and pick up from airport included with the stay. Breakfast was decent, and a 50% off happy hour by the pool every evening makes for fantastic relaxation after a day of trekking through the Ankor temples.
Spacious and clean room . We had a wonderful stay and the staffs are very accommodating and service with a smile ... highly recommended . Hoping they will maintained the hospitality extended to their guests ... thank you to the two lovely girls ,breakfast/food was good ..
LOVED this place”
Staff were so lovely. We felt very welcomed. They were also helpful with advice for sightseeing etc. Food was great. Rooms were large and comfy. Pool and pool bar were cute. Honestly one of the most pleasant stays we have had. We were even gifted a scarf when we left. :)
Well Designed and managed. ”
Beautiful place and people. Beautiful design and execution of hotel. The owner is lovely and friendly and helpful, and works very hard to make your stay pleasant. i love it here, and can highly recommend it.
This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were spacious and the balconies were great. The staff for very polite and accommodating. I think they just need to add more staff for check-in and check-out particularly on days when they have large group tours staying for departing from the hotel.
Interesting Hotel a bit away from the action”
I actually really liked this place. Great room. Great a/c, shower, pool, bar area, etc. If I had ONE issue, and I think they should pay some attention, it is this.... If you stand in front of the hotel and look one building to the right you see a yellowish colored house. In front there is trash EVERYWHERE. I realize that may not be their property, but the labor cost to pick that up (and it is an eyesore) is little to nothing. This is a minor point, but there are some mornings they should turn the a/c on for breakfast. They have fans, and they are OK for cooler mornings, but if it is hot out, it is too warm in the restaurant area. Beyond that, it was great. They have their own tuk tuk drivers there, and they are honest and good guys. The staff is WONDERFUL. All in all a high recommend, but I would get rid of the trash next door. I understand the issues with trash in Cambodia, but this is a nice place being tainted by that.
great stay here with good staff”
our room next to the pool was very nice and spacious. Perfect place to soak at with a drink after a day at the temples. the made great drinks at the restaurant. the food for order was ok but nothing special. the included breakfast was food good but with too small portions. the pregnant khmer lady at reception was really helpful and friendly. same for the guy making drinks at the bar. negatives? location is a bit of from other places and having to deal with greedy tuktuk drivers makes you loose your great holiday feeling . siem reap has some of the worst tuk tuk and taxi drivers of cambodia.
GREAT CHOICE TO STAY IN SEAM REAP”
Great staff, great place, great room, great pool, If I would have to say something bad of my stay is that if you go to have breakfast 30 minutes before it finishes, there is no fruit, no bread, and they don’t refill it, so just cereal and the dish they prepare for you.
this hotel is wonderful, great feel about the building and design, staff are extremely helpful and it is out of the city centre so no noise, only a short tuk tuk drive from the centre. value for money was also unbelievable.
The staffs was very friendly. Staff named Ana welcomed us with smile and a lil bit explanation on the best places to visit in Seam Reap. The room is too big for us. Clean, greeted us with flower petals on the bed and too many things to write it up. Highly recommended 👍🏼
6 star rating through our eyes”
What can you say about a hotel that was perfect in every way. Each staff member was super friendly and did whatever was necessary for a perfect experience. Welcome drink, cool face cloth upon arrival and parting gift really showed their appreciation for their visitors. Breakfast was awesome as was the restaurant too. I want to go back just for the exceptional service. The value for the money was terrific...yes, they deserve a better than 5 star rating.
