A nice and clean serviced apartment ”

Pos: Location is not hard to find and at the side of the road taxis could easily be found. The room was spacious and clean. Neg: The front desk and lobby area was not well air conditioned, improvement would make it more comfortable to guests. The kitchenware was not readily available, we had to ask the front desk. They said that the stove was only available for a monthly rent, so you cant cook if you stayed shorter. It was not clearly stated in Agoda.

Great spot for a few days to relax and see sights”

This place is great!@! Its really an apartment complex of around 400 rooms and the bodycorp/management run the vacant furnished apartments as a hotel. There were only 15 rooms available when we stayed here. but the numbers presumibly change. There is a food court on the 2nd level and breakfast is taken in a small cafe facing the road. there is a BNI bank in the foyer and plenty of other facilities (like a laundromat and small store) With reasonable prices. The bluebird cab company always maintain 2-3 cabs out front of the building. fares are approx 30 000 to the centre or 75 000 to the airport.

GREAT Deal”

With the price i paid it's a really good deal. Breakfast included, got swimming pool, and even a gym. The room is quite big and clean. Location is in the center of Surabaya, so it's easy to get to everywhere around. The city view from high floor room is also nice.

This is my third times in Surabaya but my first time staying at this hotel. It really makes my vacation so wonderful with perfect accomodation. Very friendly staff, near to the airport, near to City of Tomorrow shopping mall.. and takes only 20-30 minutes to Tunjangan/downtown area. The blue bird taxi is always available outside. The room is so spacious,very modern design, with multiple great TV Channel, Fridge, Simple kitchen equipment. Deluxe room consist of one room with queen size bed and one room with single bed. Wifi is working great.Please choose this hotel.Value for your money.

Good value hotel.”

Room was big and clean. Location is not so strategic to city centre, but close enough to the airport. Traffic nearby hotel was bad and it gets packed, especially during daytime. Easy to get food around, but no shopping area within walking distance.

Far from Town-But close to Airport.”

This new hotel is great for those looking for quieter environment. Taxis are available many outside. Even though they don't provide breakfast, but the cafeteria offer cheap and lot variety . Room is new, but the color scheme I think terrible. The staff was very kind offering to lend her phone. I just give on more reload for her. They have 2 swimming pool.

Big Room Hotel”

Price is reasonable and value for money, room in this hotel is really big, i will back to this hotel if i go to surabaya again. don't forget near hotel is student area so you can find a lot of cheap food there. If you bring sedan car please becareful to park upstair because the incline is to high.

Very good hotel, pleasant staff, convenient.”

My wife and I were in Surabaya for 24 hours .. and were very pleased. We were given a corner suite on the top (15th) floor .. very good panoramic views. Friends stopped by during our stay, and the spacious living room and kitchen allowed us to entertain them without squeezing into a standard room. We also enjoyed the local street foods within 50-100 metres from the property.

Cheap city hotel”

As a business traveler, this hotel is one of best choice in Surabaya. Cheap and comfort room. Located near airport and Blue Bird taxi stand by in front of hotel. Too bad they don't serve breakfast and no restaurant, you can have your meal in food court on second floor.

Spacious room, excellent service”

the receptionists, security guard and other staff are very helpful and friendly. checking in is fast. no breakfast is included but you can go to the food court on the 1st floor. there are some stalls selling food for breakfast and the food is delicious and prepared in a clean environment. they can even send food to your room upon request.

price never lie.. nice apartment became horrible one, i assumed no housekeeping, when i entered the room at first, everything were dusty. the vanity table was the worst, so many hairs all over the table. also there was leaking when rain. when i went back home, my belonging were wet -_- fortunately

Can't be considered as hotel! ”

This is a bad hotel for us as a bussiness traveller. We stayed here for a week and it couldve been worse. When I came to have early check in the reception told us that it is unable to provide me early check in, then i asked them whether i could be given extra charge to do that and they agreed, but the staffs were really unhelpfull they do the check in process so long. Moreover when i entered the room, the wall is dusty and broken, the bed linen was dirty so I called the housekeeping to change it, air conditioner didnt work well and make tge room hot, trashes in the balcony were something unpleasant, the bathroom is old, shower sometimes sprouted too hot watter accidentally, the phone was not working so I should go downstairs if I need something. this freakin hotel cannot be considered a 3 star hotel!!

Service Apartment with Nice Room”

We are a business person who rent this Service Apartment for working. Before we booked trough agoda, we are very clear about the facilities offered, especially wifi access is very important for us to work. However, this facilities listed in agoda is very contrary to the facilities available. Staff is very untrained. We parking our car in basement. When we leave our hotel, our car get charged.

Spacious room with bad condition maintanance”

Very bad experience, after checkin, they gave me spoiled room. Wall was spoiled, leaking mark everywhere, wallpaper was tear everyspot. The closet leaking. I complained and asked for room replacement, the front officer said all room was booked. After I talked with high pitch voice, suddenly the room replacement available, but still not good, but ok, since I already tired and needed a rest.

The Rooms are not as described I had to pay extra to up Grade There is no Airport Transfers as stated Original room very basic with no Fridge Provided in Room I was surprised that I was only allowed 3 Coat Hangers and when requested a couple more was informed 3 is all you get per room and no more The Breakfast is very poor and you have to go to a Cafe for Breakfast and you are only offered 3 choices which does not include a Hot Selection and is not a Buffet breakfast as stated

Quiet hotel and not far from the airport.”

Nice big sized rooms. Claims to be a service apartment but not really. Has microwave but no plates and cutleries. Always have ready taxis outside the door. Has food court and ATMs within the building. 15-20mins to the airport. About Rp80.0000

Comfortable stay”

We stayed only one night for an early flight next morning. Location is good, it takes 15/20 minutes in the morning to reach the airport smoothly. Room size is very large, bed and shower just like heaven after 2 days touring Bromo and Ijen, staff was efficient and very kind to us. Only downside about the room is that air-con is not strong enough for such a big room. Food court inside not exceptional, it closes early, there was only one place left open after 9pm. Can't say anything about breakfast, we left too early, it is unfortunate that they do not provide a breakfast box. Overall, an excellent value for money stay for 1 night.

room was big and comfy.. however, for both key and lift need to be fixed.. because those things cant really work well and need repetitive effort to made it work and it really annoying.. other that the experience in this hotel was good
