Definitely not a 5 star hotel. When you book in the picture the rooms look nice , when you actually get there was nothing like in the booking website. In our room we did not have power points next to our bed, it was inconvenient. When we were checking out the the lady was very nice with good English. After we left and were checking our account it seemed we had been double charged for our entire stay. We returned to the hotel to discuss with them. We spoke to the same lady who checked us out. Her attitude could not have been more different. She did no say another word to us in English. Like it was our mistake that she had double charged us. Not even an apology. She was very rude, we were not impressed. There are so many nice hotels around, we wouldn’t come back here.

Good location”

The hotel is in a nice location and fairly easy to get to from the airport. You best bet is to take the bus that will drop you off at the city centre then take a taxi from there as the price from the airport is pretty high. The pool doesn't really look the pics in the review and if you happen to go on a Sunday it will be very busy as nothing else is open and there isn't much to do in BA on Sundays in general.

It served it's purpose of providing a roof. I got a clean room in a safe environment. The breakfast bar was decent. Close to everything. Right next to the Pink house.

Buenos Aires First Time”

The room was very resable for the price. It is located close to center city and important landmarks. Breakfast was included and had good selection. Servicewas good and employees friendly. Shower handle was broken and it was not fixed. TV channels selection was limited and remote could only be change one at a time with the up/down bottoms.

Business level hotel rather than luxury”

The hotel was in a fantastic location - great for exploring the city. I would say it was a high three star hotel. The rooms were clean and there was a business-like atmosphere. However, the rooms were not very spacious and the walls must have been a little thin as I could hear someone snoring in the room next to ours. Good for a short trip, but not to put your feet up and relax.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but nothing to write home about. It was very efficient and we were not kept waiting at the check in desk. It was in a very good location near lots of city-centre attractions. The food was plentiful, but not really good. Despite this, I think it was good value for money compared with other hotels around. I would stay there again.

Die Junior Suite war echt schön, viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Frühstück ist für argentinische Verhältnisse super, es werden Eier frsch zubereitet. Empfehlenswert !

unsere aufenthaltsdauer im nh - city tower betrug eine woche. das hotel liegt sehr zentral im microcentro. die subte ist in 2 minuten erreichbar. auch nach san telmo und zur florida / fussgaengerzone sind es nur wenige schritte. das frühstück ist recht umfangreich, jedoch täglich gleich. unter der woche ist das hotel stark von geschäftsreisenden frequentiert, was vor allem morgens starken andrang im frühstücksbereich bedeutet. die zimmer sind relativ klein und vor allem abgewohnt. eine renovierung wäre dringend anzuraten. jedoch sind sowohl die zimmer als auch die bäder sauber.

Certes, une fois le portillon tournant franchi, on pourrait se trouver à New-York, Paris ou Tokyo car le décor de cet établissement est international, donc sans saveur particulière. Mais tout y est fonctionnel, bien étudié et de taille conséquente. Les chambres sont suffisamment vastes pour rester travailler sur le bureau sans se sentir oppressé. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et mêle les produits argentins, américains et européens. En sortant vers la droite, on se trouve tout de suite sur la célèbre Place de Mai avec ses stands de protestation bien connus, tenus par les mère des disparus.

Une nuit au NH city & tower de Buenos Aires”

Nous étions dans le bâtiment city. Pour une nuit cela peut aller mais cela nous changeait de notre séjour de 10 jours dans la partie "tower" hyper moderne. Nous avons choisi de revenir au NH après un voyage patagon car une partie de nos bagages restaient à l'hôtel et que le prix trouvé via votre site était intéressant.

На ресепшн очень приятная девушка Сильвина, которая помогала нам решать любые вопросы на протяжении всего времени пребывания в Буэнос Айересе! Всем рекомендую!
