      nasze pokoje superior king room-hot duze z wanna i prysznicem. duza sypialnia - klima - tv - czysto - mila obsluga. wycieczki mozna kupic obok recepcji. w tej samej cenie co w centrum. wszystko jest co do zycie potrzebne. polecam spacer brzegiem zeki - kosztowanie jedzenia - park narodowy - orangutany - delfiny - spacer po zece. posilki sa w odrebie 100 m od hotelu w kazdej kategori. a i w podziemiu hotelu znajduja sie dobre lokale. polecam!

      Pullman style holiday”

      With the 900 to 1000 (maybe 1100) linen bed.... at least you come back after a tired day or alcohol filled night. You are going to sleep like a baby and waking up rested and ready for the next day. with the TV at least 4 meters away from the couch... your eyes are well protected from UV and bright light. The bathroom (yes there is a tub) is big enough for you to yoga in before you take a hot bath. This is a recommended place to go for in your next holiday. While it's not for the backpackers. Because why torture yourself when you are going for a holiday. If you are doing soul searching this is not a good place, because you won't find anything in this kind of condition except a good rest and knows your soul is still inside you. :)

      NO FREE PARKING AT PULLMAN FOR GUESTS, luxurious reputable hotel but maintenance is disappointing”

      Pros: Location is wonderful Room is crazy spacious Bed was very comfortable Cons: NO FREE PARKING FOR HOTEL GUESTS TV lacked good channels Receptionist didn’t even know how wide/long the swimming pool was (very disappointing)

      Best bed I have ever slept in”

      Had a deluxe king room on the 18th floor looking out over the river and city. Sunsets were amazing from the bed and bath. The bed was the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in.

      Not a five star hotel”

      After checked in, found a small portion of the room was wet. It was obvious that the cleaners could have spilled some water but did not mop the place till dry. Very slippery and awful. The centralize aircond is noisy, could be due to some loose parts, clicking sound from the aircond could be heard for the whole nite, disrupt sleep. Saw stain on the bedsheet, not acceptable for a 5 star rated hotel. Overall, NOT a five star hotel. Maybe 2 or 3 star only. Disappointing.

      Long review suitable for all”

      I stayed at two international brand in Kuching, Pullman and Hotel H during my last business travel. Price - Pullman more expensive and gave me room facing dark alley. Hotel H gave me river view room. Location - Similar Cleanliness - Similar Hospitality - Hotel H 5 stars. Pullman need to improve on your hospitality, to meet your 5 stars rating! Facilities - Pullman is a newer hotel, and have glamour lobby but the room and amenities rather disappointing if compare to Hotel H Pullman need to improve the taste of your breakfast.

      The view from my room is central of the city, the room was great. Sadly, when breakfast I saw flies on the food and some was flying around the buffet. I told the staff about it & they swapped the food.

      Always a great place to stay in Kuching but.... ”

      This is unusual, this round where I had business guest and company mangement staff. We took 7 rooms. We decided to have dinner in the Chinese restaurant one evening. The food was not bad but the waitress initially talking loudly among themselves leaving us to take our own tea and other side dishes. We of course asked for service and one of the waitress came in with a long face and a huff (which started to spoil our dining occasion) then when the supervisor came in we ask him what's going on as there is hardly any service. Later in one of the rooms there were noise and furniture being banged. We noticed the waiter was not serving anymore and the supervisor took over. The service resume... Considering we had a full table of 12 persons, company guest, it is not a good experience to go through. Credit to the supervisor who tried his best to make a bad situation good. Mind you it is the first time I experience this after many years of staying in Pullman Kuching.

      The Pullman always offers great value and service to the traveller. The rooms are spacious and clean plus the breakfast caters for all tastes with its extensive variety. It is always my preferred place to stay during business trips to the fantastic city of Kuching.

      Room is very spacious and the view from the room is spectacular... overseeing the city skyline and the river. However the room was quite dusty and furnishing was old and not well maintained. The hotel serves a good spread of food for breakfast.

      Fantastic Stay”

      I was quite impressed with the great customer service demonstrated by the staff during check-in. The staff (Mr. Jack if I remember correctly) was very thoughtful in ensuring that at least 1 of our 2 rooms was ready at 12pm since we had our 3 young kids with us. He even went personally to check the rooms before escorting us to the room and had ensure (without us asking) we had connecting rooms. Fantastic welcome and an even more fantastic stay in their rooms and facilities. Highly recommended.

      Pros : its at a perfect area, near water front, everything in walking distance, nice big bathroom, big & comfortable rooms, good staff, fast elevator, clean rooms Cons: parking is charged rm2, per entry, should give it complimentary, pool was under maintenance during our 4 days stay. Limited tea & coffee, soaps, shampoo in the room,

      Convenient but quiet locality”

      It is on a hill so despite being near town centre and and waterfront it is a work out getting to a from the Pullman on foot. We enjoy walking so it's not a big deal. Otherwise very pleasant stay. Never felt hectic. Very laid back feel.

      Spacious, clean and comfortable room and bathroom”

      Stayed for 5 nights at the standard room. Room was spick and span, all lights, devices and equipments working well. Reception and housekeeping staff was very much responsive and pleasant to deal with. Great full for a well equipped gym, but alas swimming pool needs to be better maintained.

      As usually, gd staff attitude, responsive, big rooms and huge toilets... Gd selection of local delights for breakfast Only down side is that the pool maintenance has deteriorated. Not only the pool looks murky but the sides near the drains had greenish stains
