No daily cleaning service as stated on the website and everything is broken in this room!”
I booked this room for my family when they visited because I lived in the neighborhood. However, the quality was terrible. Ok so it was not expensive for the size, but the curtain fell down after 1 night without anyone touching? The water heater in the bathroom was lying on the floor. I'm not even sure it was safe! There was no toilet paper in the bathroom!?!? I found that they didn't clean my room after the first day, so I asked them to do so. They told me no they only cleaned it once 1 week. But daily cleaning service was a listed on the website (you can just check right now). Of course no replacement of towels or supply of drinking water. There was no electric stove in the apartment. The water boiler was broken, so we asked for another one. It didn't work well either, and water was not hot enough to cook instant noodles. We are extremely disappointed with this apartment. Somebody should fix everything.

Big condo - empty feeling”
If you need a big space that has only basic things, this may be good for you. For me, the lack of supplemental lighting, not having hand towels, no daily housekeeping service, broken shower wand holder, overall "dark" feeling inside - I don't think it's really great. It is on a quiet street, which is kind of a nice walk, but a little inconvenient to get to a store or anything. Also, when I got there, they want CASH for the payment, and 3000 THB for deposit - all CASH. I think it's a little unreasonable. Not my favorite place in Bangkok.

Average hotel”
Hotel location is not near to BTS station but they do provide shuttle to station. The apartment location is very difficult to find by taxi driver as it located in hidden place. The hotel requested 3000THB cash for deposit and we were not happy with it. We booked the apartment for 4 people but the beds are for 3 people only as the small room is single bed. I requested for extra bed but they provided airbed in living room. Will not recommend this hotel as Bangkok has plenty of nice hotel

very bad experience ”
Not at all worth it. Requested for airport pickup, no one answered back. There is no way that you can contact them. The rooms are spacious, but water leakage. Also the breakfast provided had bad and green coloured fungus bread. We stayed for 2 days, no cleaning. Not worth the money.

Stay at own risk”
Worst apartment .. arrived on the date given by flight detail reach 9pm and pay airprt online transport with my kids waiting more than 1 hour didnt seen the banner name.. next day dare to tell us d driver wait us from 4-8pm location is very very far from central and bts doesnt work. The staff is so unpeasant nobody speak simple english at all. Singaporean looking at rhis apt pls do consider worst part the heater machine spoilt ask to repair or any laudry machine nearby they dont even know n ignore to help and this staff name fon manager cum driver is the worst person service that i ever meet and tip of the ice i dont understand y cleaniess.is good frm some feedback stayer we came.back with 2 bugs with many picture to prove. This trips is totally worst holiday that i have,.. i been bangkok every year never been like this before m happy to b back .. wish i can send or attach d picture for review and i dint understand y review cannot put zero star?

Good value, good location, average breakfast”
Located near BTS Station with shuttle service by hotel with e-cart. Taxi driver took 20 minutes to find the address. Wifi is not too good and took some effort by the staff to even make it work. Breakfast is delivered to Appartements without the possibility of a choice. All in all good value for money

This is the third time we have stayed here and as always the staff are friendly and helpful, the pool is maintained. The suite is ideally located for BTS into Bangkok and with plenty of nice places to eat. The room we stayed in was the same as before, but unfortunately in need of a refresh. It would not cost a fortune to bring it back to five stars. The hose on the shower was broken, the fittings on the wall loose, stain on the ceiling in the bathroom, no cloths rail to hang the washing and the helpful guild book was missing.

Bardzo dobry”
This place is great in many ways. the location to a BTS is great. they have a golf cart that they have 24/7 that can take you right to the BTS (200 meters) and pick you from the BTS stop! what a service! We love the family 2 bedroom because it has an extra hallway with doors and its a little more spacious. The washer/dryer is really just a washer- can never get the dryer to work. a couple times our A/Cs smelled like sewage which was really strange, and was only remedied by leaving it on for a few hours until the smell passed. One A/C In the master also just started clicking really loud and wouldn't stop. So a few hiccups but we have stayed here about 4 times and love the value for the money. You can't cook in the flat which would be an added bonus. And wish there was a coffee maker in it. There usually aren't enough forks and plates but some rooms have more, guess its just the luck of the draw.

Make shift hotel ”
I am travelling with 3 adults and 3 children age 4, 7, 8 respectively. We arrived around 9.30pm and reception office was closed. There was this guy there waiting fro us to do up the paper work. I opted for pay at hotel however we have to pay in full + $3,000 baht deposit and all have to be collected in cash. No credit card machine there which it wasn't made known to us at all. Luckily we have enough cash at that point of time.The room was huge with 2 bed rooms and each bed room with attached bathroom. We opted for additional bed however it was not provided. Breakfast was serve in room but no menu was provided. Its like home cook by the manager herself. In my voucher stated 3 adults 3 children the breakfast was serve for 4 only.2nd night was bad, the aircon broke down in the wee hours. We feedback in the morning and it was rectify when we were back shopping. It was about 8mins slow walk to the Phra Khanong station. They have a 24hr buggy which ferry people to and fro.

It's ok”
Everything is ok except to boiled machine that is so old. It's very near BTS, and some super market, very convenient. For all of them, the price is suitable for family's choice.

No towels, coffee, tea or TV”
Great value for money and you get what you pay for. Large space and slept well. 24 hour Tuk Tuk to the station. NEGETIVES The bathroom had a water filter hanging off the wall under the shower head - being held on with plastic cable ties, not good when travelling with children. When we arrived the asked for 3000 baht deposit for a 1 night stay!!!! There were NO towels and we needed to ask but had no way of contacted anyone. The breakfast is pot luck - you say what time you would like it delivered to you room and they bring it. But you will have no idea what it will be. No tea or coffee facilities or utensils, even though the booking says they are supplied - again you get what you pay for. I would stay here with my mates for a weekend but not with the family.

Feel like home. Not far away from BTS. for us only walk six minutes to get there but we love to ride the golf cart too.

2 bedroom family suite”
The place was overall a good deal for the money, roughly 1500bht per night for a 2 bedroom apartment. There were 3 air condition units and none of them worked well, it took a couple hours at coldest setting to be somewhat cool. Other than that, it is a comfortable apartment, clean & well put together. Plenty of storage space. Did not use the pool but a few planks had been broken & it seems upkeep in some areas was minimal like the pool. Staff was friendly & helpful. 24hr go kart is useful, but there is not many things nearby, there is a tops(similar to 7/11) and that's about it. Overall would recommend because of size, price and 24hr go kart to Skytrain.

Experience staying at Cube Serviced Apartment, very satisfactory”
The distance between the apartments and the BTS station is only 300 meters. the apartments provide 24-hour pick-up from / to the BTS station. The place is very clean and spacious if you want to stay with family or friends. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place if you travel to Bangkok 👍👍
