Other Weird Customers”

The worst part was I was being called through my phone room and being asked if I provide massage service. It was so rude where other customer disturbing other customer privacies! The customer who asked for massage were the religious Muslim call themselves "Ustaz". Fucking Ustaz. What mentality of a conservative Muslim man! I've made immediate report to the receptionist and hope the hotel administration take serious action!

Near Satok area. very quite.. the hotel had its time... abit old school hotel... but staff very Kawan and nice...

I stay at deluxe room. The room was spacious. But the toilet was so dirty, full of mold. Euwww I can’t wait to checked out. Its just not worth your money although the price might look reasonable. Please go to other hotels guests. The toilet sink look like its not even being cleaned for centuries.. even my house toilet are clean than this hotel’s toilet. And, i guess there’s not much people staying here as I only saw several room with lights . Please improve the cleanliness of the toilet. And, the tv channel is not that good. Too much disruption. And the wifi is not that strong.

The worst ever 3-stared hotel i've been. The moment i entered the lobby, it gave me such a bad impression. Smelly, dusty, dull. The same thing happened in the room. The toilet was disgusting! Curtains full of stains and smelly. They only get the floor and toilet done after i made a complaint. Definitely will never come back.

Improvement”

There are several areas for improvement. The hotel is good. Yet, maintenance at certain place need to be done. The standard is more to inn standard. Not hotel. This hotel can get at least 3 star with proper management and improvement.

Poor hospitality”

Offering From on line not same when stay here. Eg. Children below 12 yrs can hav a breakfast but from hotel below 5.

1-Very low expectation 2- 3star hotel if not mistaken, but seems like very old hotel...i think Inn better than this hotel..sorry to say.. 3- flooring already broken 4- water heater cannot control/adjust 5 - provided brkfast, but cordial water ,sausage & egg only..so sad Hopefully upgrade the hotel..because the location is already at strategic area

- No wifi on the room at all - Bedrooms and toilets are quite old and there are dust and dirt on places not visible to eyes such as under the table, under the bed, closet, etc... - Some items are already broken such as lamp, light, electric port. - Too few to channels to watch and tv is quite old. - Staff are friendly however the service they provide are not up to the standard of a 3 stars hotel. Eg, if you want something fix on time or house keeping, they can be REALLY slow to have it done. - It's not advisable to eat at the hotel while there are many other choices outside the hotel as there are restaurants and cafe nearby. - There isn't any hot water when taking bath. *Overall, the hotel is only good for location wise but other than that, I won't stay at that hotel for the 2nd time. Everything is just bad and my assumption was that the hotel maybe 3 stars 20 years ago but the hotel management have done nothing to improve the facilities and the hotel itself. I would only give the hotel rating of 1 star at most at this year 2017

run down, dilapidated hole! looks n smells old n lack maintenance. who the hell plays shifty music n prayers on PA system. breakfast? better walk to shops outside. toilet was dirty n lack drainage. was not cleaned properly. 70rm motels had better deals.

There are lots more budget hotel that could offer better facilities with this price.. Broken toilet and no refrigerator provided. But im satisfied for room size and the bed size for the family room. It would be great if they combine king bed with single bed for family room. Overall just nice for a budget hotel.
