I really enjoyed staying this hotel. All staffs in this hotel are great, they are very kind. My husband and kids were happy, too. Room condition was good, and they allowed early check-in. I may visit Royal Lotus again when I have plan for Danang trip.

The hotel staff is extremely helpful and nice. My mom has neck injury and they gave her extra care. Especially Chung at the reception. He was always there to help with the nicest smile ever! Thank you Chung! We will definitely come back!

Good - Booked standard balcony deluxe room and was upgrade to a suite. - Good front desk services Bad - Air cond in the room was not cold, not serviced or cleaned and had maintenance over to rectify. - Lifts ventilation a bit bad, very stuffy. - Check out time is 11 am, which is way to early. Hotel not too accommodation in small extension as my flight was only at 3pm.

Excellent hotel. The staff were excellent and breakfast was the best I have experienced at any hotel I’ve stayed in. Had an issue with my room and was upgraded without hesitation and the manager was very apologetic and eager to ensure I was satisfied. He was an asset to this hotel. A lovely stay encountered by our family.

The staff were next level, so friendly, polite and helpful, nothing was too much for them, location was great, cleanliness on point, I can only say great things about the Royal Lotus. I felt like a king and my children were treated the same. Highly recommend.

Lovely staff. Rooms and facilities are excellent! Very good Korean restaurant upstairs with nice atmosphere. Also very good room service at a low price. Breakfast had fantastic selection. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed the stay of this hotel, Everything was excellent, hotel rooms, breakfast and location. We stayed there for 2 nights and the breakfasts were even different. The front desk staffs Havi speaks fluent Chinese which is very helpful.

Hotel is new and clean. Location good, waking distance to beach. Breakfast nice, alot variety, restaurant environment good. My kids was enjoy in the kids club and outdoor playground. Swimming pool looks good, windy. We are very enjoy in the hotel.

Great hotel near the beach and fantastic location. Many of the beach resorts are quite a way out from shops/restaurants. Fantastic buffet breakfast and staff were so helpful. Dragon bridge on Saturday evening is a must see. Rooms very clean with large safe. Very comfy bed and great air con. Short taxi (90,000 VND) to Marble Mountains is a great trip. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Warm friendly staffs, good location and great value”

We were warmly and sincerely greeted by the staffs upon arrival. They also recommended delicious local food restaurants to us, even helping us to call and made reservation within minutes, such as Lam Viet and Madam Lan. Staffs from all levels and all departments, will greet and help with whatever request that they can achieve without excuse. For the 1st night of staying, our sleep were rudely disturbed by a group of inconsiderate tourists around 2-3am. The next morning we were upgraded and away from the noisy tourists, the staffs kept apologising for such a mistake which was at no fault of theirs. The last day before leaving for the airport late in the evening, they recommended us to use their facilities such as shower rooms in the pool area to freshen up without any extra charges. Afterwards, we enjoyed the nice views and food on their 16th floor Skybar to chill. It was a pity that we only stayed for 2nights. If we ever head back to Danang, we will definitely stay with Royal Lotus Hotel Danang.

The service at the hotel is excellent, the staff always greeting people and helpful with any question you asked, the buffet breakfast is quite delicious with good service. I love the swimming pool as it can see the cityview of Da Dang. I will live here again next time.

They were very kind to offer us free upgrade. However, the room's furniture is quite old. The bath tub was not clean when i used for the first time. They don't have any staff to supervise the kidclud and the toys are not clean enough for your child to play

A Bit Old Hotel”

I stayed at Royal Lotus Da Nang Hotel for 4 nights, hotel's condition was a bit far away from my expectation. The lights were too dark at the lobby area, the water pressure of the shower was low, the decoration of the room was a bit old, balcony was small, no chair and coffee table. But the staff were polite and can speak reasonable English. Breakfast was also quite good. Location can be considered as good, many shops and restaurants around but nothing special.

Good hotel, nice location as within few mins there are cafes, restaurants and the famous Lotus Massage. Da Nang airport is right in the city centre so within 10-15 minutes you will reach the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, probably one of the best I have had at a four star hotel. Lots of choices, not only do you get local cuisines but also a noodle bar, egg station, around 8 choices of bread including warm baguettes, 5 types of fresh juices, 6-7 types of fresh fruits and countless hot and cold food. There’s also a lady who plays local instrument everyday during the breakfast hours. Great staff with friendly smiles. Hotel also have buses going into Hoi An at VND 100k per way per person. The car is very comfortable so great value. Except for the poor sound insulation (that I literally hear every single noise of the neighbour as the room was a connecting room), it was a great hotel. I wish hotel put us in an individual room rather than a connecting one...

I visited Royal Lotus with my lovely family. If you are hesitating to stay this hotel, it's only one of the concrete evidence that you are a moron. All of the crews are sweet enough to make your comfort and relaxation. Money exchange service at the lobby counter (USD to Vietnam dong) is more reasonable than wherever you could reach. Closer than you thought from Myche beach.(5min by foot) Don't worry about Wifi. It is perfect to connect to internet for whatching youtube. even I am Korean but didn't feel any inconvenience to connect internet. The trumpet sound which hearing from military base at morning gives more special moods to your staying. Personal driver for 600,000Dong is strongly recommended when you are about to visit Hoian or Banahill. Most of all. this hotel is recommanded cause they are really helpful to your journey

I spent my summer vacation with my family on a free trip to Da Nang. First of all, the room looks the same as the homepage, so the picture was identical to the original. A worthwhile Vacation ” An almost to perfection vacation for this year with my family :) Would like to commend the staff for being very accommodating, very helpful, very kind, attentive to our needs esp to some special requests(where to eat and go). Loved our room, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom (my son super loved the bathtub and swimming pool). Great breakfast with many buffet choices as expected, Our stay made more memorable coz of one of the staff in the hotel(Mr.Khanh). he 's so kind and always very helpful. If I stay this hotel again, it is because of him. surely be back!!!!!

FIVE Star service. Great staff and location. A five minutes walk to the beach. A lot of food options and 10 minutes Uber ride to the center of town. The concierge staffs were very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. The pool and bar staff was just as good. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet. Made to order Pho (Beef or Chicken) was excellent. So many food and fruits selections. We are looking forward to coming back.
