              On arrival I was checked in promptly by the lovely ladies behind the counter and parked my car in the basement car park which is adequate to park even a large suv in. On arrival to the room I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The room tv etc is controlled by an iPad which Is a very nice touch they have a huge range of movies to watch which is excellent. The bed is comfortable and I had a pleasant sleep as I’m a light sleeper. The breakfast doesn’t have a huge rage but is enough but can get busy sometimes but I never had any difficulty finding a table. I didn’t use any other facilities as I was on a business trip but imagine they are of good standard. Room service and main desk are prompt in attending to any of your needs. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is a family hotel there is no bar and no nightclub.

              Stayed 3 nights .dint use the hotel facilities ,staff 5☆ , location 5 mins walk to metro ..room very comfortable and clean with ipad controls facility (AMAZING )and the only thing i felt needed to could changewas the time they took to get amenities like iron or toothbrush .other than that i must highly recommend this place.Try it you wont regret it.The staff are so soft spoken and kind .definately staying there next time.

              The male cleaner (who keep my room most times) should be more polite to customer. Towels in my room less for many days (around 6-7 days). I did not say anything until one day there are 3 towel less! When I check with him, he rejected firstly then he explain that is laundry issue. (But if he remember, he can give me towel later. And, if it is laundry issue. That is really a big problem in your hotel!) Then he want me to talk to supervisor because I think he don't want to talk to me. He also did not give me any promise about the towel would not less next time or he can give me right number towel when laundry have towel when ask him. Because he thought it is totally not his problem. Very impolite.Only after I said I will complain, his attitude changed.

              They upgraded to suite that was an excellent one. Very nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, hotel near to many eateries, super market and public transport, metro is also on walking distance. Due to Ramadhan the restaurant was close, only room service is available, that was a bit inconvenience for Fatoor and Sahoor.

              I arrive late 6pm in the hotel and yet there is no room available for us and we need to wait til 9pm to check in as our room was still not available as return they give us free breakfast but still it's not good once u book a hotel in advance and they say confirm should be ready after 2pm but yet 6pm already and not available :( but the room is amazing. the breakfast is normal not wow but jacuzzi was nice even do hard to use and we need to call the maintenance to check it. other than that the service and receptionist was good. the hotel lobby was great and nice and smell was great.

              Very clean room, quiet and well decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had no trouble getting to and from the airport and city center. Perfect place to stay for a long layover in Dubai. We will stay again if we return to Dubai.

              Had very high expectations for this hotel based on all wonderful reviews. 3 things prompter my booking with them: 1. Airport shuttle pickup 2. Breakfast 3. Gym & swimming pool I emailed the hotel directly 4 days before my arrival as advised by Agoda to confirm the shuttle service but got no response until I called on the eve of my flight only to be told that "we no longer offer the shuttle service" because the hotel was under a new management. At arrival I was shockingly assigned a smoking room even after I specifically requested for a non-smoking room at the time of my booking. Swimming pool was "out of service" citing maintenance which I believe was just a lie. Gym only opened 8AM-6PM. Used it once and was shocked to see the room & all equipments dusty as if they last cleaned them ages ago. Worst breakfast I've ever had in any hotel. Noticed that the hotel recycled leftovers of toasts, pastries, coffee, tea, milk & fruits to serve guests for breakfas on the following days!!

              The hotel customer service is fantastc but i would not classify as a 4 star hptel. Online pictures are completely different from reality and hotel is quite small. I did enjoy the service it was quality room cleaned exceptionally well and great 24 hour room service. If a person is looking for a fancy large hotel chain then this is not it. I enjoyed my stay. Location is great only 10 minutes walk to Al Rigga Metro which is phenomenal. Hotel is also a 10 minute drive from DXB international airport so transport links are great especially with Uber and regular taxis. To sum it up hotel is a great value budget 4 star hotel which is mighty affordable.

              Just spent 3 nights (Oct 2017) at the Suba Hotel. It's well located in Bur Dubai in between 2 metro stations (about a 8-10 minute to each). Right next to one of the stations (Union Station) is a modern, sizeable mall with a lot of stores and restaurants, Carrefour and movie theaters (Al Ghuraib Centre). It's also about a 15 minute walk to the creek and the water taxi station that'll take you across to the Old Souk area. The standard queen bed room I had was well appointed, spacious, clean and I couldn't hear my neighbors. The iPad to control the lights, tv, radio, etc was a nice touch. I got to the hotel at around 9am after my morning flight arrival and I was just hoping to drop off my bags, and would formally check in at 2pm, but the reception was nice enough to check inventory and found a room for me and allowed me to check in right then. It was a really nice gesture. My departure flight was scheduled for 8am, but the metro opens at 530, so I was a little worried I might have to take a taxi. Turns out the hotel offers a free airport shuttle. We left at 5am for the 10 minute drive, easy peasy. Great stay, I would stay again.

              I love this hotel. This my second time in Dubai and really like the hotel and their friendly staff and their services. We are couples with two sons (3 years ans 9 months) and the room was a bit small but good enough for tourists who spend a lot of time out and only need the room to sleep. -We love the smart home technology where you can control almost everything in the room including lights, TV, explore the internet on tv and ask for cleaning the room or don’t distrub right from the ipad. -Good number of under ground parking. - fast internet wifi to all devices - easy check in and out with two cups of juice during check in - two or three free bottles of water everytime after they clean the room One thing we didn’t like is the Pizza offer, two medium pizzas for 49 AED but the taste wasn’t good. It looks the dough is ready but they added the sauce and othe vegetables. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone on any occasion. Many thanls to everyone

              I mailed them about 3 weeks ago that I need to extend my stay and to reserve one more night for my room in case not available.! Yet they confirm with me theres available room and reasonable price given but must show my mail to the receptionist. Unfortunately on my arrival they said there’s no rooms? But lastly they told me pay more to get room *what do you mean pay more have room.? Pay your price given no room available? It is not I can’t afford to pay! Just that the staff and even the manager are hotel is not professional enough after reading mails.!! I will never stay again and recommend my friends too!!

              very bad experience ,i would give them 7.5 if everything went OK, but their mattress outdated and very bad ,they change it for me but still way below any standard, shower will change from hot to very cold in seconds without any notice.

              They claim to be a 4 star and yet they do not even offer room service. For anything, they require the guest to come down to the lobby. To my surprise they did not even allow food delivery from outside and when complained about this to the manager, he, instead of addressing the issue, made it an ego issue. Staff is neither trained nor professional. Water pressure in bath is too low.
