The Pride Hotel Nagpur
As the name it goes, I thought it would have good service and better rooms. However as I arrived in the hotel, first I had to wait for almost 2 hours, because the hotel said they didnt get a confirmation email from Agoda. Then I had to find a support call number of Agoda, which was saying unavailable all the times. So then I engaged in online chat with agoda about my booking, and after almost two hours, it was resolved. And eventually both the parties are blaming each other saying, they didnt send confirmation and we had sent it and the hotel had server issues. In this debacle, who is suffering is the end user, which is me. I had woke up 3am, that morning to catch a flight and had arrived so tired, however had nowhere to go, but just wait for their mail to receive. The worst experience I had booking from Agoda. Hotel location is good, very close to the airport (which is why I had booked it). The rooms are fine, but could have been more presentable. Room service is good.

Bathroom shower knobs were pathetic. The feel of the stay was like staying in a roadside lodge. Air-conditioning was worst👎 even after complaining no attempt was made to reduce the temp from 26* to 22* with Nagpur temp of 43.3* yesterday. Very pathetic conditions of the rooms.

We did have one major problem. The whole night we could hear hammering and renovation work going on in the next room. So, we couldn't sleep at all. Am taking it up with the hotel as this is a serious issue. Discourteous of them not to even send an apology by email though I made a complaint with the Duty Manager (he reported at 7 AM) who took my email id. It is a fit case for compensation for the terrible disturbance and inconvenience caused to us.

The hotel room was below average. the bathtub was leaking and having a foul smell. My daughter refused to have a shower looking at the cleanliness. The hotel is under going major renovation work as a result there are debris all around. The staff were good.

I was disappointed looking at the hotel as I'd imagined a 5-Star hotel. If it were a 3 star hotel, I'd have had lesser expectation and would feel good about the stay.
The location of the hotel is good. It is nearest to the airport and there is a complimentary drop. The breakfast is average. Maintenance is poor. The toilet WC, for example, has not been cleaned with a cleaner for a long time, and the taps are coverd with scale. Room & furniture needs painting and polishing. The lobby is noisy. Other hotels in this category are far better.

Generally Good. Pride must upgrade the hotel and facilties matching the current days requirements. I am staying in pride for more than 10 Years, I have not seen any appreciable changes. As a well wisher, I suggest Pride Management to work in this aspect. We need to change as per market condition and customer taste. For Ex. Black Berry is one of the best hand sets even today, but they could not attain and attempt the reach the changing marketting needs. Result every one of us are aware of. Good Lucjk

The hotel is a nice new property and quite clean and possibly one of the better ones in the city however the term hospitality seems a word alien to every staff member in this hotel. It is possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in where inspite of me booking a double Premier room they were trying to charge me extra money for total 2 of us in the room. Housekeeping was useless..left my room at 10am and got back at 3pm and still my room was not cleaned..Shocking The hotel was also empty to about a 40% occupancy in my view and I requested for a late check-out and they agreed and to my surprise the day I was going to check-out they refused after I had made my cab booking.This is not a professionally managed hotel and dont know the H of hospitality. I hope the owners and management change cause the property is actually not bad.But will not stay here again.

Nothing special to write about. Half of the lights in the room were broken. Door to bathroom rotten by moisture, stained bathroom. Noisy bed when you turn around on it. Breakfast does not start until "morning" that means no earlier than 8 am and many flights depart around that time so this is a "smart" move by the hotel to save money by starting serving breakfast when many guests are already at the airport. The only good point was swimming pool when you can swim at 10 pm and nobody bothers you. Diner was good however at Casablanca restaurant.
A very relaxing and comfortable place to stay”
this hotel is a great place to relax in on your travels , the staff are all very helpfull and beautifull people. the girls at the check in desk were very efficient. the quality of the food in the restaurant was good , the selection of food was also good. the room was well apppointed , i was in a room facing the airport and i could only just faintly hear aircraft noise. a great place to stay. my only complaint - a very small complaint - is that the morning check out staff need to be carefull with charges from the mini bar, i did consume a bottle of pepsi and a packet of nuts and so made note of these items as requested on the provided form and then the staff went to check on the room and yes noted that i had consumed the items mentioned and so noted that i had to pay , so i got charged twice, only a couple of hundred rupees and not worth complaining about so i thought i would avoid the hassle as i needed to be at the airport . the boys need to be aware of this in the future. it won't stop me coming back because it is a great place to stay..
