Room satisfying, environment less”

Reasonable price to stay, nearby place to buy food and do laundry. Only still confuse about the downtown night market operation, hard to get cat park when the night market is operating.Got loud band boy playing loud music, hard to get sleep tight. Don't really sure whether the band was permitted to play or not.

Service is bad”

We stayed here for 7 nights. Whenever we ask them to make up our room, they will give alot of excuses for not able to do so. They are so unfriendly. When request to change towel, they will said unable to change as all has sent to laundry. Our room only make up twice for the duration of our stay. They only throw rubbish, tidy your bed and replenish 2 bottles of water. They won't change the bed sheet and towel although you put the dirty towel on the floor. They will fold and put back the dirty towel on your bed!! The towel also dirty with old blood stain on it. Besides, you can smell cigarette smell flow into the room. We don't expect alot due to the price, but at least the service should be of satisfactory. It's ok to stay if you choose to stay 1 or 2 nights but not for a long stay.

Staff knocking the door night time to pass the information about agoda booking few times non stop although we reply to getback later ( Issue double booking room same day.) and call me personally via fon questioning why we didn’t open the door? Where is the SOP of hotels and guest privasy? 3. No towel given. Reasons, still waiting someone to send over and you wait coz we also dont know when...

Need more development for staff and service”

First The daily room makeup is supposed to be done everyday but it's not. Second the drinking water must be refilled according. Third the towels must be changed according finally the bed must always be clean as there are dirty marks.

Pros; new, quiet, parking space, good food next door, helpful staff, spacious room, pasar malam, they do have lift, more shops in about 10mins walk Cons; room & toilet was not so clean, limited choice of cafe in the morning(only 1 opens AM, next door).

IT REALLY MEAN BUDGET”

i request for non-smoking room but it turns out smoking room for me. It is too smelly and and there are stains on the bed. No toiletries were supplied.

For the duration that my guest's stay at this hotel, they don't provide housekeeping. The towels are not changed, the rubbish are not collected, the beds are not made.
