The location is great jst behind sarawak genral hospital if ure visiting there. Otherwise theres no water dispenser and no kettle in room for boiling water. No room service. Room looks clean but there's house lizard and cockroach in room. Bathroom too small no place to move at all. Price is not exactly cheap for what it provides

Worst experience ever”
1. The place very near with General Hospital but the hotel area was very scary where there is abandoned building next to the hotel. 2. THERE IS NO TOWEL PROVIDED during that time. Then, I went asked the receptionist about the towel [because I thought that maybe need to collect by myself at the reception desk]. Guess what the receptionist told me when I said what I'm gonna use to wipe after shower? "YOU CAN USE THE BEDSHEET" 3. So, I went back to the room and check the bedsheet maybe that gonna be my solution. But then, THE BEDSHEET SOOOO DIRTY like it never been wash! I know this is a cheap hostel but atleast provide a comfortable hospitality for the customer because we pay for it not for free.

Booked the property thru Agoda for 4 nights. Upon checkin we notice No lift. Use staircase. Tv Channel limited. Some lamp blinking. No shop nearby. Requested to cancel and called Agoda. Agoda approved but hotel refused to cancel even with half price. Not recommended.

Small and cosy room, good for quick overnight stay. Bathroom is also small, may be difficult for big sized person to negotiate. 10 mins of leisure walk away from Sarawak General Hospital.

Location was super good. You can just walk to SGH as it's really near. Room was fairly clean and it's good value for money as you get attached bathroom. The only downside was halfway through the night there was cigarette smell in my room. When I opened the door to my corridor(thinking it was my neighbours) there was no smell of smoke at all. Then only I realised that the cigarette smoke was coming from my bathroom which probably meant that the smoke came from another floor through the drainage. Other than that, the stay was quite pleasant.

I have been reviewing this hotel for so many times yet no action by the owner to at least updgrade this premise. I kept coming here because it is adjacent to UNIMAS which I have classes to attend every week and also near to SGH. the location is superb. But the facilities is worst. With RM70-80 it is not worth at all. More likely to be rated at abput RM40-50 only.

Room 208 (the largest one) is spacious. The toilet size is acceptable. Facilities is bad. No water heater functioning well, no tv sound, aircon superbly cool. No complimentories like tea, sugar, creamer, nescafe. I would suggest you to bring your own kettle and your own hangar. The owner should invest a bit to upgrade the hotel. At least do something about your lobby's tile. Your hotel look like a ghost place.

if you are coming just for transit then I would recommend this stay because of the location, easy access and that is it. If you are coming for SGH, no. The toilet is too small. Tv problem. No lift. No kettle. Though the staff is super nice and great, the owner seem does not care to upgrade this place. Do something owner!

longkang depan kedai mesti buat besi kasih tutup, hari tu malam sampai hotel, datuk saya tak nampak longkang yang sama rata dengan lantai jubin, sebelah kaki jatuh masuk ke dalam longkang yang lebih kurang 2 kaki panjang.
