Good stay”
The location is perfect as everything nearby such as 24-hr convinient store, some halal and non-halal restaurants, a mosque (5mins walking distance). There is also a burger stall that sets up in the evening right next to the hotel. Room is a bit small but ok for just to sleep at night.

Good for tight budget”
Stayed here for 5 nights due to works. So far i spend only rm200+ for super single room. Near to general hospital which only took 10min during peak hours. Downstair got 7Eleven and restaurant but restaurant was no open during night and sadly, you should look for the nearest one. So far, i have a good stay. Will come again for the next stay.

Mattress not nice”
Overall room was good and spacious. Just that the mattress was bad, i can feel the spring on my back, did give me a backache. Toilet was clean but smelly because ventillation fan inside was not working.

Counter staff won't allow walk in booking”
Staff was not helpful in online booking and over the counter booking. When called, the male staff informed that the place only accept booking made online, and not by over the counter. which is ridiculous. the excuse was: management was not around.

Room is too small for us. ”
Room is small, can you imagine the size of room just exactly the same as the bed ? Even the washroom doesn't have soap and cannot be locked. I don't believe that the value of room worth as the price I paid. The bathroom can't even stand in one person to take a clean shower!

Convenient stay if you have event at Swinburne”
Chose this hotel as I just need to cross the road to attend an event at Swinburne University. If you are coming for a vacation stay, not highly recommended. The room is small and you don't have much space to move around.

NASTY AND UNCOMFORTABLE ”
I booked for 3 days. The room I stay was 107. The bedroom was nice on first sight.. until you saw - nasty yellowish spot on bed cover - and more other liquid spot on blanket - there’s smell on bed,pillow and comforter - toilet was clean and everything was fine. But it has this really strong moldy smell. - The bed are not comfy at all.. my weight was 52kg.. but you can feel almost every spring on the bed. It hurts my body badly. - Towel has weird smell and yellowish But the rest is fine. Got windows, huge Tv, aircond was freezing cold. Huge mirror on the wall, 3 hangers, sturdy table. Lift function nicely. Lobby are fine.

Bed sheet got few spot dirty, the room that i stay in is so small but just for sleep a night, then consider ok for the size of the room. Toilet is clean just the space quite small.
