"It was like a small 1-bedroom apartment. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator. Kitchen utensils are available upon request. The location was convenient for my need. The free wifi was slow but with paid option for a faster connection. Breakfast was limited to muffins and granola bars, not too unreasonable for the nightly rate. The service was mix. I went up the front desk asking for new batteries for the tv remote comtrol and was told someone would bring them to my room shortly. Hours later, I went back and talked to a different person. He opened a drawer and handed them to me right away and apologized for my inconvenience. In all, I am likely to stay here again on my next visit to Plano. "

" I have notified Texas board of health and taking legal action. When I pulled the sheets off the bed the mattress was dirty and torn and thus a breeding ground for bedbugs. Stay there at your own risk."
