There are no advantages except the location. ”
First of all, I booked 3 places for my trip this time, and this was the most expensive one. So, I had high expectations for it. However, this was the worst place. I booked a place for 6 people, but there were only 2 queen beds and 1 single bed. So we had to squeeze 3 in a queen bed. Then, the lights in the single room wasn't working. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and disgusting. It looked as if the place wasn't cared for for ages. The sinks and tiles had worn out fillings and the metals were rusted. The shampoo provided was disgusting, with pieces of unknown white objects. We used a face cleanser to wash as we didn't expect it to be so bad. There were also insects and bugs around the house. Every inch made in the room was with curled toes and fingers 🤣. The location of the place was good though, and that would be the only good point. There was a link gate to Paradigm Mall at the backdoor. I'm guessing the condo is a good one, just that this owner of this room, who still requested for a 5 star, didn't maintain his home well, or even not at all.

Damaged dual heater , stained toilet seat , hairs, used mask under the bed, wet toilet, foul smell, superb poorly maintained, not responsive via Agoda, need to pay deposit 200, Feedback: please get ready the room in ok condition before letting it out for rent

Not recommended for long stay. Wifi not working so tv box is useless. Toilet is pretty worn out. Cleanliness is ok
