Fantastic place to stay for a family”
We had a exceptional stay at this hotel. very friendly staff and very clean rooms. The hotel is not on the strip and it takes like 15 min to walk. But best place for people with young children to avoid the casino crowd.

Pluses and minuses”
Pluses - great location close to strip but not actually on it, rooms are HUGE, which is not typical for Vegas (mine was a suite with a full kitchen). Minuses - the pool and spa were closed!! (which was the ONLY reason I had booked this hotel). SO DISAPPPOINTING. You are charged a $36 "resort fee" when you check in, in addition to the room rate. Not sure what that is for. AND you are charged $50 when you check in for "incidental expenses" (mind you CHARGED, not a hold on your credit card, but you are CHARGED). The $50 gets refunded if you don't charge anything to the room, but still. I wasn't happy about that. All in all, with so many room choices in Vegas, I would not stay here again, and instead opt to try somewhere else.

Location”
If you've been to Vegas before then you'll know about the queues to check in at the larger strip hotels which can be very, very lengthy, especially if you've just come off a long flight so I'd seriously recommend the Platinum Hotel. It's five minutes walk off the strip and provides all the facilities you need, with helpful friendly staff, good food and great views as well from the pool area.

This hotel is awesome”
Stayed 5 nights prior at a 5 star hotel on the strip which you could see from our room, wish we had just stayed the 10 nights at the Platinum! This hotel is brilliant, the rooms are huge the balcony we had looked toward the strip. The pool was great without the drunken crowds. We had a washer and dryer in our room which was really great on a long trip! The staff were all awesome! Ellis Island casino next door with a couple of restaurants! 5 minute walk to the strip. Don't waste your money on the big hotels this place is awesome!!!

An oasis unlike other gambling casino hotels”
Full facilities kitchen in the serviced apartment, except for there not being a kettle. Plenty of power points all around the room for the modern traveller Whirlpool bath tub big enough for two persons. Big bed. Air conditioning was somewhat noisy. A superb choice for attending conferences in Vegas, as it is unlike the usual casino hotels. About a 10 minute walk from the strip itself.

comfortable, affordable luxury, great location”
We stay here for 2 nights in our trip to Vegas, it was easy to find and close enough to the main strip to be able to walk. The parking valet attendants were very polite and made our visit stress free. The rooms were amazingly spacious and we got a suite that had a big bathroom and comfortable beds. We would return.

Nice hotel”
We had pleasant stay at Platinum Hotel and Spa. Everything is good, except our room wasn't as requested. We requested twin bed, but we got double bed. But that's ok, because it was a summer holiday so no more room to choose.

Beautiful rooms”
A very nice non-gaming hotel. Valet service, no casino noise or bustle, close to the Strip without being directly on it. Sadly, the pool was closed for a private function, which is a big downside due to the stay being a short one. Otherwise, a great hotel.

Solid No Casino Hotel Just off the Strip”
The Platinum is a solid option for those looking for a large room which is a little less pricey than the hotels right on the strip. It's located just behind Bally's, and you can be at the Bally's sports book in a 5 minute walk. Also located in a triangle with and a 15-20 min walk from the Hard Rock and MGM. There's no casino at the Platinum, but the strip more than has you covered; also Ellis Island Casino and Brewery next door has $3 minimum bet tables and is a great place to warm up before hitting the bigger casinos. The rooms are moderately clean, not great not bad, and we stayed in a one bedroom suite which was very large and had a great view of the strip from behind.

Highly recommend for a family trip ”
This hotel is perfect for a family trip with children or people who don’t like smoking smell. The suite was a lot bigger than we expected. It’s more likely a condominium with a master bed& bathroom, a living room, mini kitchen, and balcony. Me and my husband are absolutely satisfied with our stay in Vegas.

Relaxing getaway”
Very peaceful and relaxing, nice getaway close to the strip but very quiet. Only one problem was the shower going hot then cold. Everything else was great.

Fantastic hotel”
Staff is really nice and from 4 to 5p.m. complimentary glasses of wine are available at the bar. The room was huge, with a fully equipped kitchen and even a spa. For 160€ the night, that's just amazing and way less than some poor hotels you can find in touristic areas. Although pool's water was not very clean. No breakfast buffet, which is really surprising. Breakfast is restaurant-like.

it was great - the meeting rooms were comfortable and the rooms were spotless and very large and roomy! Efficient and helpful staff - were happy to run us over to restaurants in the house car whenever it was available and accommodated us with all the requests of our group.

quiet and restful, just what i was looking for”
everything was great from valet service to check out, I couldn't have stayed in a more perfect place, loved it, have already recommended it to others and would not hesitate to stay there again. The bonus was they upgraded me to a suite and since I was there to celebrate my birthday it was the perfect gift, thank you. a peaceful haven in the midst of the busy city
