Fantastic location ”
We had a lovely stay and ended up booking a second night. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. The small outside area was nice to sit in the late afternoon with a cup of tea. The bathroom was lovely. The spa wasn’t working which was a bit disappointing and our room air con was clicking all night as the plastic vent was open not quite right. It also leaked a bit. (But reported to staff and I am positive they act on these things really well, as every thing was maintained. Loved the pull back curtains. Room service was perfect. The delivery person was friendly and efficient and the food was fantastic. Loved the avocado breakfast and the croissants were absolutely lovely.. the kids and I enjoyed those. The pool area was lovely and clean. I will give a 10/10 but minused one star for the air con and the spa, I think these facilities help people to book accommodation and although can’t be helped it was still essentially broken. Staff were lovely… highly recommend. Such a fantastic position… and the off car great car spaces was one of the reasons I booked. Will be back.

Such a great spot. Location is brilliant. Service is perfect. Rooms are spotless and off street parking is plentiful. Beds are comfortable and showers are lovely. We’ve just had our second visit and will be back. Love the pizza room service special, and the breakfast room service always is perfect.

Large modern lovely rooms”
We had 2 bedroom unit, good sized rooms, nice décor, good cleaning but had no chux dishcloth and teatowel and scourer had been used but otherwise everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, plenty of parking. Nice swimming pool but were surprised at how deep it was both ends, too deep for children to stand up. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was exactly what it looked like in the pictures online. Very clean room and reception area. Very convenient location, next to 2 service stations, directly opposite a shopping centre and only 5 mins to the hospital. Definitely recommend this hotel.
