first and last time i stayed there”
the face platinum has hotel and condotel, i was wrong to choose the condotel one, because the owner can be so money oriented and the condotel rental agency can be so rude. first of all, i was staying for 3 nights, and i think when you rent an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a sofabed in the living room (all already set) you don't need to state the number of person staying because i rent the unit not one of the rooms/beds. let say i have to pay extra money because they need to clean more mess but they don't clean up the room as long as i stayed there, there are no breakfast that they need to serve us, and to make things worse there are rules stated that i need to empty the trash everytime i want to go out, and tons of other rules sticked on the fridge, behind the door, on the cabinet doors i felt like staying in a cheap room rental instead of a luxurious and comfortable codotel. definitely traumatizing. i haven't mentioned the rental agency which was somekind of the reception, their expression and body language are certainly not so welcoming, not to mention they insisted that the maximum are 2 guests that are free of charge, eventhough the owner had finally let 3 people free-of-charge. to conclude, i don't want to stay there anymore even if it's free.

unclear that the booking is a Homestay”
the agoda website is misleading and we thought we were booking into the hotel but this is a homestay. it is badly managed with little to signpost where to go wehn we arrive and how to park. We did not have wifi and the tv was not working. Bathroom floor was warped and all of teh above had no compensation. It was difficult to get hold of anyone. For the expensive price, this is only a hometsay with no tea/coffee and service was only at the start. Better off staying at a hotel nearby
Bad service by agent”
I was really disappointed with the agent that was handling the rooms of this service apartments. She was not only rude but was misinformed too. It had clearly indicated that I had booked a room for 8 pax but she insisted that the booking was made for 4 and what was stated meant that the room for a max of 8. This was only resolved after checking through the main office and wasted almost an hr of my time. She also claimed that I was suppose to call before I reached but there were however no indication of that at all in my booking. What really pissed me off was NO extra towels or blankets are allowed. They only provided 3 beds with 3 blankets when I had 8 guests. 2 of my guests has to sleep on dirty sofa without blankets. I was also denied a change of fresh towels the next day. To uphold the good name of Agoda, I suggest u drop this agent and stop selling this accommodation.
