Quite new and clean hotel with very friendly and helpful reception staff”
This was my 2nd stay in this hotel and again we were very satisfied. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with fast Internet. There is a nice rooftop with view all over Yangon and even a small swimmingpool near carparking. Best of all was the very friendly and helpful attitude of reception staff.

New and Nice Hotel, Helpful staff, Wondeful swimming pool - we had our quality time in swimming pool, Staff are helpful and always reachable. Breakfast is ok, probably they can improve on it. Location is little far, so if you have a car or transportation arranged then this will be the best place [considering value for money] to stay in Yangon

Everything was great. Would have rated as full 5 stars if it were not for the bugs. I guess because it is close to the river, but there were all kinds of bugs on the floor in our room. Staff was very friendly but could speak little English.

Nice room with fast internet”
Hotel room is over my expectation. It is a big room with dressing/working table (it is unusual that no socket is available) and a set of table with 2 chairs asides. Internet is superb. Shower head is very good with water pressure but hot water is not really working. Room service is very gòod and reasonable price. It will be good if there is a set up of tea and coffee with kettle. I mainly book the hotel because of closed to the airport to reach early flight but it was not really help because it always has a heavy traffic there.

I stayed there with friends for about 2 weeks. Great Customer service. They provide anything I asked. They stored my luggage for few days between my stays. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Clean rooms, bedding. The location was perfect for us too.

We booked 4 rooms but cockroaches were found in 3 rooms. The hotel kept running out of electricity for the whole night. Also, the pillows were too soft. Our necks were painful after sleeping. The airport transfer service was not free while it was stated US$0 for the service in the agency website. Would not recommend this hotel.
