beware with the hidden charge”
We asked to pay extra RM15 during arrival claimed as cleaning service for the property that we stay at, eventhough I think its not our responsibility to pay it. As the property manager, you should provide the room in a good and neat condition and should bear the cost to maintain your property not by charging your customers. Its a bit difficult during check in when we have to call vale pine representative to get the key.
Only 1 small little towel. Looks big, but empty. No toiletries.
Misrepresented place ”
Guest relations Joanne was really good as our coach arrived late in the night and she waited for us. However the room was in a terrible state. The sheets had not been changed, there was hair of all different lengths and colours imaginable on the bed, stained pillow cases with makeup on it. Floor was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. Bathroom sink also had a lot of hair on it, I had to clean it myself with wipes I brought from home. The wooden floor was warped and uneven, instead of repairing or not letting the room out - they threw a carpet over it and we had to navigate every day over the warped uneven flooring. Staff came to change sheets & mop floor next day after we chased a few times. Aircon broke down middle of next night and the place has no other ventilation. It was horrible. Note this is not hotel room. It’s private owned and they sub-let it. You are also not allowed to approach hotel staff if u stay with this booking. Would not recommend to stay here, esp not at sgd95 a night.
its good to say here”
all is good...the great experience swimming pool level 51 all in order will repeat again soon.
Fantastic, value for money”
Place is clean and staff is on hand to assist with Housekeeping via WhatsApp. Definitely will comeback.
Good, value for money, luxury”
The premise and the lobby is luxury. The unit is clean, the unit facilities are still in good condition(AC, home appliance, etc). But the air conditon in the main room and in the living room is sharing outdoor unit, so it cannot be on in the same time.
Nice and clean apartment..but do not provide any towels to the guest...Besides, before we reach the hotel, we had informed the staff the time we'll reach but in the end we still waste around 15mins to wait for the staff to come to the lobby to give the keys to us...But overall is a good stay.
I would like to advise AGODA to ensure not to create misleading advertisement on AGODA by clearly stating that this reservation is NOT a hotel booking but it s HOME STAY!. I am not happy on how things turned out. First after I booked on AGODA and received confirmation from AGODA. I received another email from the property stating that upon check in I need to give them a call for them to assist with the parking. They also stated that we are not suppose to go to the hotel reception for check in rather meet the agent at the lobby. I was under the impression that I am making booking directly to the hotel . Secondly upon check in .. I was told for an extra key I need to pay another RM 200.00 for refundable deposit! On top of RM 300.00 deposit that I have to pay. They also charged cleaning fees of RM 10.00 which was not mentioned in the advertisement. I paid RM 365.00 for this 2 bedroom apartment. Of course when I requested for 2 bedroom apartment it means I have more people coming in
Staff Edmund at the Concierge is really helpful.”
The agent supposed to collect the key failed to turn up and pick up her phone after 1 hour of waiting. Please review this.
Nice location and nice house overall. However, the check in procedure takes a while and the waiting time for the elevator can be slightly frustrating at times.
We booked a 3 bedroom room supposedly for 12 adults but there were only 4 double beds. Were given complimentary parking for only 1 car and were told that the other 2 cars only had to pay Rm10 per entry if we do not drive the car out. In the end we had to pay Rm112 for each car upon check out! The pool was small and is shared by The Face Hotel and we were denied pool towels as they are only for hotel guests! A day after checking out we got a call from them saying we lost the entry card that we actually returned! Other than that, all's good. Ha!
Location is out definitely. The most horrendous issue is the lift. ”
It took us almost half hour each time to get the lift to go down or go up. Lift management sucks. Wasted waiting time. Location is not so good. My 1st and probably my last.
The main reason why we book this room was because of the view from the infinity pool. If not for that, we would gladly look for another place The pool floors are very slippery, which indicates no proper cleaning is done. The lifts are damn slow. At one point of time totally all lifts including service lifts broke down for a good couple of hours. We were forced to climb down 20 floors. I saw people cursing and swearing as they went about climbing up and down using the stairs.
DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY BED SHEETS!”
The bed sheet was dirty, marked with visible light brown stained, and hairs.
The swimming pool is just awesome!”
I will be back for sure.
We booked a suite in Platinum through Air bnb. it all went wrong as our host overlooked our booking and we checked in we realise the suite was not done up..we were suppose to celebrate 40th bday. So we booked another suite through Agoda as our guest have all turned up. When we contact Luxury Homes for the key we were informed that we were actually overbooked. The was a lady who met us at the lobby and informed us that we are either entitled for refund or to be moved to their sister residence at Dorsett Residence. Since we were prepared for the bday party we decided to take up the second option i.e to move to Dorsett Residence. bottom line is we were informed that this place is always overbooked especially at Luxury Homes. so my advise is do not book through Air BnB or Luxury Homes. please book through the hotel itself. overall we went through hell and finally had a splendid celebration
NICE APART, CLEAN, BUT FAR AWAY FROM SUPERMARKET AND RESTAURANT
We have 8 person But toilet paper only gave us half role ...
Management and Hotel staffs not friendly and treat in-house guests differently, double standards treatment.
