The age did not become a nuisance during my stay, and I could sense the efforts made to ensure a comfortable experience. Regarding the guest room, I noticed two points. One was that the height of the bed felt slightly low when I sat down. Personally, I felt that a bit more height would make it easier to sit down and get up. The other point was that at night or early in the morning, I could occasionally hear the sound of water flowing (from showers or toilets) in other rooms. While it was noticeable at times, I was able to spend the rest of my time in peace. In terms of service, I found the lending of charging cables for mobile batteries to be extremely helpful. I was truly grateful for the assistance with this sudden need. I appreciate the attentive support. As for the breakfast I was looking forward to, it was very nice to be able to enjoy my meal slowly without worrying about the time. However, I have one major regret... When I finished my meal and was leaving the venue, I spotted a notice for "pancakes" at another table. I regret not noticing it and missing out on them. I resolved to make sure to try the attractive menu items next time. Overall, the staff were responsive, and it was a hotel where I could stay comfortably. Please continue to do your best.
