Great luxury experience with friendly service”
Stayed in Classic room for a night, room is huge and sea facing, love the golden swings in room! Everything here is of high quality and well maintained, iPad is used to control the lights, curtain, aircon and TV as well as calling for service. Toilet bowl is those Japanese type that comes with warmer and self cleanse function. Branded toiletries provided, not just shampoo, conditioner and body wash, but also including makeup remover, face cleanser and moisturiser (only lacking hair product for a complete set!). Complimentary snacks and drinks in the room too. Bed for us in on the soft side, while pillows on the hard side. Will be even better if we can choose the types of pillows. Service here is really good and personal, they were helpful with directions and helped to book a cab to nearby places. Nothing much in the area but a good place to chill by the sea (some sea activities available nearby), about 5minutes walking distance to a small train station. Shuttle service to a larger train station is available at addition cost if booked through Agoda. Breakfast is a complete set, very filling and thoughtful. Original set comes with beef and seafood, we asked for alternatives and they gladly accommodated and prepared for us. Nice! Also tried the afternoon tea set at addition cost. Overall a great stay and will recommend this if visiting Yilan area. Great job and keep it up!

Exceptional”
The place is really clean and comfortable. Hosts and staffs were very friendly and accommodate to all our requests. The breakfast provided includes healthy choices like fruits and salad, Yilan's specialty Spring Onion Pancake (三星蔥) and their homemade fruit jam were really tasty. We got to understand from the host that they will change their menu every season (so YAY to different foods every season). Overall, it was a great stay in PLAY Hotel. Highly recommended for couples, families & friends to stay over at PLAY.

Pretty good, but needs some small improvements.”
The evening staff were unable to mix a cocktail for a pr dinner drink. They explained that they did not know how and that the usual person who mixes drinks had already gone home. All they could offer was beer or wine, which was okay, but sometimes you just want a Mojito :) I have already asked the management to train all the staff so each of them has at least some knowledge on how to make a drink. Also if you are planning to stay at this place, bring enough cash, as they do not take credit cards and as of this writing they apparently only accept cash or bank transfers. Seems silly that these are their only payment options in 2017. You would think they would be setup with ApplyPay or they could take a credit card online with all the automation and tech gear they have in the rooms. Overall our stay was good and we would still recommend this place to friends or other travelers looking for a VIP experience in Taiwan's Toucheng area.

2nd visit”
My 2nd time staying here, this time spent a night in Romantic Double room which is beautifully decorated. Great experience as before, enjoyed the huge bath tub with rose bath salt given. Breakfast has changed as per season, pillows come with both hard and soft choices now. Good service as before. Thumbs up!!!

The room is big and comfortable with very nice view to the beach. Good for vacation. Delicious breakfast; and helpful staff. The owner is friendly and helpful in arranging our transport to train station in rainy day. Good stay and I will come back again!

Great view sunrise right in the room ”
Was a bit surprise that the property already show sign of aging. Some doors need oil and some areas are already rusty. Stayed at the VIP room, the sunrise right at the ocean with the hill was magnificent! Do note that there is a few staircase to the Unit as well as inside. Do avoid bringing suitcase.

ロケーション、スタッフが良かった”
2泊Vipに宿泊させて頂きました。 英語の話せるスタッフがおり、個人的なトラブルにとても良く対応して下さいました。 ホテルの建物は若い人向けですね。 30〜40代の斬新なホテルを求めてる人にはいいと思います。 5つ星を止まり慣れてる方には物足りなさはあると思いますが、私的には良かったです。海も目の前ですのでサーフィンしたければホテルから左右とは10分以内にレンタルサーフショップが何件かあります。 何年後かにまた来てこの周辺の開拓具合を見てみたいなと思いました。

離龜山島真的很近～”
龜山島就在正對面，若隔天有行程，很適合居住！店員服務很好，早餐有點像是無菜單料理，隔天早上的小驚喜～裡面也有室內遊戲和游泳池，可惜天氣不佳就沒有體驗了～裝潢很有特色，值得去入住體驗！房間的硬體設備都好高科技，真的很棒！

我的預訂是週六入住 兩晚 當天下午約兩點到 詢問可否寄放行李 櫃檯人員即表示房間已準備好 可以直接入住 😁 效率很好 辦理入住手續時 會同時用平板播放一些入住須知的影片 約兩三分鐘 很省時也很清楚 房卡只有一張 飯店有免費Wi-Fi 密碼印在房卡的紙袋上 電梯有3部 按鈕是分開的 所以挑最近的一部按就好 不然3個按鈕全按的話 3部電梯都停在你按的樓層 有點浪費能源 這次選擇皇爵是因為衛浴設備有浴缸 實際入住後 浴缸不是很大 但很深 一個人很夠泡 只是我在浴室裡並沒有看到入住須知影片裡面提到的止滑墊 只有一條腳踏墊 而且浴缸設計有點瑕疵 就算把浴簾放進浴缸裡 水還是會從浴缸後方的小平臺流到外面地板 把腳踏墊和地板都弄濕 很麻煩 此外飯店提供的吹風機是tescom的 很令人驚艷 因為我家裡也是買同一款 其餘基本備品都有提供 房間裡有小冰箱 伊萊克斯快煮壺 兩瓶水 各式茶包即溶咖啡 還有迎賓小點心-老楊方塊酥 雖然不是很新的飯店 但從一些小細節來說算是很認真的飯店 重點是C/P值很高 大廳還有單車可以借用 另外入住時 櫃檯人員也會給一分手繪風的嘉義吃喝玩樂地圖 包含知名景點 小吃 餐廳 甜品等都標示很清楚 有機會還會再入住！

樓中樓看出去的景色太讚了！賴在懶人椅上完全不想動，一直發呆，時間就這樣悄悄溜走，還想再去多躺幾天。 餐點好吃，食材新鮮調味清爽，火鍋的海鮮和肉用料實在。 服務人員貼心又親切，總之是個零缺點的渡假體驗。
