Overall the hotel is good and the location is great. My family had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed every minute of it. But it is certainly not a 4 diamonds, the master suite only had one bed, we were not greeted at arrival and the explanation of activities that we received was more pitched on time share sale .

Just a few things to keep in mind: If you decide to do the timeshare presentation (which the will beg you) Make sure if you get the SPA coupon that you have to present it to the ladies at the desk in the SPA. We lost out on that because I thought we needed to present it at the front when it was time to check OUT from the room since everything gets charged to the room. Building E has a great view of the Marina and you can hear the boats partying, fireworks every night and seals. However, it's a pretty long walk and since I'm 7 months pregnant I struggled a bit. I wish I would of requested a room to the lobby. Food is good, however it's bland - not much flavor because they say Americans don't like spicy. lol $8.00 Taxi ride to the Marina. I know it's close walking distance but again 7 month pregnant and my feet were hurting at the end of the night. Waiter staff was Great!! I appreciated them all.

The view was awesome. We enjoyed a long walk along the private beach withou any crowd. We took non alcoholic all inclusive meal plan and it was total worth to taste all kinds authentic Mexican Food. It was wonderful vacation. The only downside was both my sun and husband love to swim in the sea. But this beach is not for swimming due to rip currents. So we had to Medano beach to swim but we enjoyed walking on the shore, playing volleyball and of course the New Year’s Eve with the fireworks.

The resort is very clean and the staff is very helpful. Humberto, Roberto, and Amie did an awesome job kepping the activities going all day and evening. No vendors on the beach to bother you. Within walking distance to the marina, or the shuttle ride is cheap! Loved it and would tell anyone to go there.

We traveled to Cabo for the third time. This was our first time at this resort. We are a couple in our 30s! The music was totally geared Thor’s an older audience. The in-house timeshare lady was rude. She even went as far as to ask me for my excursion receipts “so I didn’t get kidnapped”. She was clearly upset that we had purchased all activities prior to arrival. Other then those two thing, everything was wonderful! You can literally watch the whales from balcony and they were plentiful!

I absolutely recommend this hotel! It has family & adult only pools. It has several restaurants and is right on the beach. The view is stunning if you get an ocean view room. The restaurants were a bit expensive and food quality was not what I would have liked, but we only ate at one of the restaurants near the pool. Otherwise I had a great experience and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Last minute solo trip”
I decided to travel to Cabo on a Friday and left Sunday so I didn't have a lot of time to plan ahead. I was still able to get a reasonable rate. However I didn't realize that this wasn't an all inclusive rate until I got there. I opted to pay the extra fee for the all inclusive as I didn't plan on leaving the resort much. I would say it's definitely worth it especially if you're consuming alcohol, which I wasn't. But I still found value in it because I didn't feel like calculating out everything I ordered. The resort is located on a beautiful beach. Though you can't go swimming as the undercurrent is too strong, yet there were several pools within resort. My king bed room was very spacious with a good size fridge with freezer, two burner stove, microwave, toaster, and blender. The furniture and tile were a little dated for my taste but the room was very clean. The bathroom features a nice soaking tub but again looked dated. The bathroom was very dark and the shower water never got more than lukewarm. The towels were crispy white but hard like sandpaper. Overall the food service was good but I had one occasion sitting next to the taco bar were I was ignored by more than 15 mins. There may have been one other table seated when I sat down. I wasn't greeted offered a menu, or acknowledged at all. Meanwhile when another couple walked up the waiter sprang over, pulled out their chairs and promptly took their order. After this and a 5 minute stare down headed over to take my order. He gave me a pool menu though I was at the taco bar and I had to tell him I was there to order tacos 😳. When my tacos were ready he was like hey your tacos a there. I ordered a tonic water with no ice, so he just handed me the bottle. No straw. No cup with lime. Then without asking if there was anything else I wanted he just hands me the check and walks away. While signing my bill I called him over to explain to him my experience. His only comment was that he didn't know I
