Best Pool and Hot Tub”
The Plaza Hotel Provided me and my family with excellent entertainment. The children splashed in the pool for hours. While my Husband and I enjoyed every second of the Hot tube. My stay here was much needed!

Not 2 bad”
The hotel is in a decent location. They are currently doing refurbishment. The new manager from Illionois is trying her best. Shame I can't say the same for those Jamaican women who works front office. Shakira is very brass and her mannerism uncouth and cold. If you ever check in please ask for Bianca or Stacy and they will treat you with dignity. The housekeeping staff is a touch and go depending on which day you get them in a good mood

If the hotel says no smoking in the rooms then no smoking but the fact you smell it in the hallways nothing but weed and its not fair the ones who dont zmoke didnt get they deposit back because Of that ... Also if they required a deposit they have that on the app . Also have more channel on the tv . I only had a few channel ...... I dont i will be goin bac there due to fact no microwave or fridge in the room and i had a king bed ...

The outside and lobby look nice but my room was a bit run down . The man working the front was more courteous than the 3 ladies I dealt with. A $200 deposit is required and my night stand was missing the drawer, the dresser was missing the outside of 1 of the drawers, ironing board but no iron, broken outlet cover Pros: good hot water, good size room, microwave, in room safe and an outside lounge area with a pool.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life … but you totally get what you pay for and when you pay for damn near nothing you get absolutely nothing… The room was literally moist and when we left for a few hours would come back to wet belongings… the ceiling was dripping, the paint is pealing, mold and mildew in the shower, stained towels, overall it was just disgusting 🤢

Hotel room was dirty smelled smoked in and had an alcohol party smell. Amenities said free breakfast but we were told at checkin because we had not prepurchased the free breakfast we would have to pay for it. Nonsmoking hotel had people smoking everywhere even in hot tub pool area. Run down unkept look. Advertised pool tiki bar was closed for no reason. Very unwelcoming staff. Did switch rooms which smelled better but still was not well cleaned

I had to queue for half an hour to check in, the room was not very well cleaned and it looked old and scruffy. The pool didn’t look very clean either, and the other guests were mostly men workers, not children friendly at all. Not worth what I paid for.

I would not recommend that hotel to anyone. I spend 2-nights there and they didn't even clean the room, I had to go to front desk to request clean towel. The restaurant open at 9:00 am. The whole place is a disaster. If you go to Florida on vacation you don't want to stay there.

Worst hotel we ever stayed ”
The hotel was dirty. We stayed with 4 in a room and only had two small towels. When we asked for extra towels when we arrived they said they wouldn’t have any until the morning. In the morning they promised to put extra towels in our room but when we got back there after a long day there weren’t any. Staff was rude and unfriendly. Floors were dirty

Pictures do this place no justice. It was absolutely disgusting. Graffiti in the elevators, rude staff at the front desk, a moldy odor in the hallways, trash all in the parking lot, people living in the hotel, dirty towels and sheets with the staff having an attitude to replace. Avoid this hotel at ALL COSTS
