Spacious rooms equipped with comfortable bedding offer great value for the price. In addition, convenient coin laundry and nearby convenience stores are available for guests.

I stayed with my child for two nights. There were department stores like Mitsukoshi and Iwataya within walking distance, as well as convenience stores and Starbucks, so the location was convenient. The underground connections from near Iwataya to Tenjin Station and PARCO allowed us to avoid walking outside during the hot season. There are coin lockers on the first floor where the front desk is located. On the fifth floor, there are vending machines, a coin laundry, and a Hoshizaki ice machine that I personally appreciated the most. (During the summer, I filled my water bottle with ice beforehand and it was very helpful to refill my warm plastic bottle while out.) The built-in refrigerator did not cool very well, and the freezer section was completely unusable, which was a downside in terms of facilities. The building itself is not very new, but it was very well cleaned, so I could use it comfortably. The staff was also kind.
The air conditioning was great, and I could keep the room cool without needing to insert the card key, which was really nice. You have to be careful because if the door closes even slightly, it locks. The remote controls and items like the TV inside have a bit of a 80s-90s bubble vibe, so you have to figure out how to operate them? But actually, the buttons are simple, so as long as you turn and press, you can use them without much issue. However, for a hotel, there is no microwave, and the room's lighting consists of a dim desk lamp and an entrance light, so if you don't like being in the dark, you'll have to pull back the curtains to let in some sunlight. The refrigerator is very small and doesn't have a freezer compartment, making it hard to buy food from outside (the drink compartment on the refrigerator door can barely fit thin bottles). There were no bugs or bed bugs like fleas or dust mites, so I slept really well. It's located right in the center, close to Don Quijote, shopping centers, and a department store with a pharmacy, making it the perfect accommodation for solo travelers, but if you're a woman, it's better not to go out from 8 to 10 PM. I was a bit worried about safety because of shops that turn into bars and izakayas at night. Other than that, the bathtub is deep and nice!
I chose this place solely based on its location. The room is a bit small, but it doesn't really matter since we'll be traveling around all day anyway. The staff is very friendly, and the location is excellent. It's great for shopping and dropping by briefly, and trains are just a 10-minute walk away. If you walk a little into the alley, there are izakayas, yakiniku places, and skewered food shops, so it's nice to have a simple dinner. You can just take the amenities you need from the lobby. To store your luggage, you need to use a coin locker. I thought there wouldn't be any additional payment when I made the reservation, but I ended up paying about 1,600 yen in taxes when I got there, haha. But overall, I'm satisfied.
This is consistently one of the cheaper options in the Tenjin area, but still quite pricey for what you get. Old, dated hotel and amenities, but still reasonably clean, though the rooms smell of old smoke. Annoyingly they have recently installed coin lockers in the lobby (a first for my Japan travels), meaning arriving early will esentially incur a ¥1000 charge for luggage storage - a service every other hotel in Japan I've visited provides for free.

“Good”
It was good value! The room is clean, bathroom is standard size for Japan and it was clean too. The hotel is a bit old and probably needs some renovation (tv and light/A/C control panel especially). the only real downside is that they charge for luggage keeping, there are lockers of two sizes, one 500yen and the big one is 1000yen. You can keep two medium carriers and some bags in a big one, but if you travel with your family and there are two or more large carriers, you'll need to use more lockers. We had to pay 1000yen at arrival (we were there early) and another 1000yen after check out which is at 10am. That's a first for me tbh, I've been to Japan 6 or 7 times now, and never have I ever payed for such thing. So yeah everything is fine, but loosing 2000yen when anywhere else it's a free option makes me doubt I'll stay there again.
